The apartment house is right next to the sea which is a huge advantage in Brela - you really do not want to live up the steep hill. It is close to several pretty beaches and bars. Also there is a path next to the sea which connects the whole seaside to Punta Rata, Brela, Baska Voda and other villages. It is beautiful to walk there in the evenings or go for a run in the morning. Our apartment number 7 was very modern and spacy with aircon, very well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom and two balconies with a beautiful view and tables and chairs. The kitchen door can be "removed" to connect it with balcony for more open space and flowing air. The whole house was probably very well sound-proofed cause we hardly ever heard anyone. We received a welcome "bottle" of wine. Our host Zeljko was most helpful and responded very fast to all of our needs and messages. I cant appreciate it enough in this short review, nothing was a problem even though we were quite needy. I loved Stomarica and I would recommend it to anyone!

We are very much used to sorting our garbage for recycling. There is no such thing in Brela which felt weird for us. If you are not a good driver it might be difficult to park in the parking lot - especially if you get the last place like us. The route is very very steep.

View, beach, silence, location directly at the beach

Bed mattress were not comfortable.

Great quiet place, superb for family stay. Short 20 minutes walk to Brela center, restaurants and small shops in walk distance. Everything just great!

Terase has excellent view and position

Proximity of the seaside promenade, calmness of the place (in late September), view from the balcony.

Kitchen in apartment 1 is very basic (not that I didn't know it before) and bathroom is small, so you have to keep your toiletries in the sleeping room. TV is positioned in a weird place above the sofa in the kitchen/dining room. Balcony is very narrow and accordingly the table is small for a decent breakfast. For 2 days we were without Internet access - and we survived :) [I know I could have called the owner but he seems to live abroad.]

Excellent location. Apartment spotless with a wonderful view. Host easily contactable . A lovely bottle of red wine left for our arrival which was a nice gesture.

Not really suitable for people with walking difficulties but this was not a problem for us.
