our stay was comfy and relaxed. The breakfast was good and the seen from up top is amazing Shutle take you to Central mall was good 50 bht per person which i think from the pricing stand points it should be free 50 not big but i will see it a lot from them to have it free i will say 8.5 out 10 for sure we had the Top room with privet pool

It was good but make sure not to burn your eyes in the pool

فندق جميل جدا حجزنا غرفة لكن للاسف كان هناك ازعاج الشارع في الليلة الاولى ، لكن الموظفة قامت باستبدالها في اليوم الثاني لغرفة اكبر مع مسبح وهادئة بدون زيادة رسوم الافطار متنوع جدا السرير مربح جدا والغرفة نظيفة الموظفين محترمين جدا وخدومين

بعض الغرف الصغيرة تطل على الشارع العام عيبها الازعاج فقط لكنها نظيفة ومريحة ساكرر الزيادة باذن الله

Prachtig hotel, personeel fijn, alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld. We kregen een upgrade zonder bij te hoeven betalen. Kamer met een prive zwembad.

Amazing private pool. Good location if you want to be near the tourist bits but not too close by and have a nice seclusion feeling. Great staff. Clean.

You have to get a taxi every time from room to lobby as we was in a far room. But the taxi does come within 5-8 mins. Might be an issue if staying with kids

Der Ausblick ist super. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich. Die Anlage ist schön.

Das der Shuttle Bus ins Zentrum, kostenpflichtig war und nur bis 20:00 gefahren ist.

Room, Pool, breakfast, hotel staff - it was all superb!

Location was on a main road and not much in walking distance so you couldn’t really explore on foot, taxi needed wherever you went. About 15 mins to Patong but traffic gets really bad in the evening

Loved the private pool! Such a nice way to spend the evenings when the sun went down. The cocktails at the bar were also very good. As was the buffet breakfast. We had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend

The location and staff were great, the pictures on the website are clearly made to look a lot better than in real life but you have to expect that so it didn't really bother us too much but the hotel is quite small, not alot to do inside the grounds, luckily Patong and Kamala are just around the corner for food and entertainment.

The bed was quite possibly the hardest bed I have ever slept on and we paid some good $$$ to stay in the room we had too! I had a bad back for the rest of the trip, I dont weigh a hell of alot either and all my shoulders ached from sleeping on my side, it was like laying on a slab of concrete and I ended up sleeping, hunched over on the tiny couch after the 2nd night as it was unbearable. The pool off our room was also entirely in the shade with trees blocking the only view or sun so the pool was always freezing, which you would think may be nice in the Thai humidity but it actually made the pool not very nice and therefore a waste of money upgrading to a pool access room, we barely used it as we gave ourselves a chill after the first swim and didnt bother using it again! Very dissapointed with the bed and the pool but everything else was great.

Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Great facilities, great rooftop pools and bars. The staff are extremely friendly.

Eine schön anzusehende Unterkunft. Hatte eine Poolvilla. Die zwei Pools vom Hotel sind auch sehr schön und einladend. Personal super freundlich.

- Es war etwas weiter weg von der Innenstadt, was mit dem Stau undso echt nervig sein kann. Das man so ca.30 Minuten in die Innenstadt braucht. - Das Hotelzimmer war sehr Feucht, was den Klamotten, der Bettwäsche usw. nicht so gut tat, und alles einfach nur Feucht war. - Wir hatten täglich mehrere „Tierchen“ im Zimmer, von Spinnen bis Tausendfüssler, das war echt sehr nervig.

Morgenmaden var okay. Poolen var acceptabel og personalet ved poolen var søde.

Meget gammelt og tomt hotel. Meget slidt og jeg ville vurdere dette hotel som 5-stjernet. Vi valgte heldigvis at rykke til et andet hotel efter 5 nætter og aflyste de oprindelige 10 nætter. Wyndham club tilbød os en gratis tur hvis vi deltog i 90 minutters præsentation hvor de forsøger at scamme folk. Det varede 3 timer og personalet blev tydelig provokeret og irriteret fordi vi nægtede at blive medlem, som koster 18.000 dollars + 600 dollars om året! Vi læste heldigvis om Club wyndham inden fra nettet og flere tusinder har dokumenteret det som scam. Hotellet er dårligt placeret, der er næsten intet i omegn og desuden koster det 50 baht pr person at få lov til at køre med minibus til patong (10 minutters kørsel) og 50 baht retur. Det burde være en gratis service som alle andre hoteller. Desuden blev vi afvist da vi spurgte om vi kunne tage kufferterne med til patong, da vi rykkede hotel. De ville hellere tjene penge på at vi tog en anden bilservice for 5 gange så mange penge. Halvdelen af hotellet er tomt, ingen møbler, ingen velkomstdrik, intet 5 stjernet over det.

حلو مكانه وهادي مره

الي ماعجبني المسبح كان شوي بارد وطلالة غرفتي كان المسبح مكشوف ع الغرف الي قدام يعني مو مره برايفت

كل الذي تحتاجه بالقرب من الفندق

رائحة الحمام وذالك بسبب المجاري وسرير ليس مريح والفرش غير نظيف

كانت اقامتي في غرفة مع اطلاله على المحيط و مسبح خاص قمه فالخيال ممتازه جداً

The room wasn’t clean despite telling them so many times and soo many insects in the room The hotel has been overused the facility needs renovation Didn’t use the swimming pool in the room since I had many activities in Phuket but even if wasn’t busy the room and pool filled with bugs and mosquito

حسن تعامل الموظفين وسرعة اجراءات الدخول والخروج موقع الفندق جميل وهادئ ويبعد عن البوتينغ بيج والسنتر 10 الى15 دقيقه بالتاكسي وصلت إلى المنتجع وانا لم يكن لدي حجز كنت أريد أن احجز عن طريق المنتجع واخبرتني الموظفه ان الحجز عن طريق موقع بوكينج فقط لأن كل الغرف لديهم فل ولكني طلبت ان ارى الغرفه قبل الحجز وقامت شاكره بسماحي لرؤيه الغرفه واعجبتني حيث كانت آخر غرفة متوفره مع مسبحاطلاله داخليه وكنت اتمنى الاطلالة عالمحيط ولكن ماكانت متوفره وقمت بالحجز فورا عن طريق برنامج بوكينج

حجزت غرفة بمسبح خاص ولكن المسبح للاسف ليس خاص ابدا لايمكن الذهاب إلى الغرفه مشي بسبب المرتفعات لان الفندق على جبل مرتفع في كل مره تخرج من الغرفه او تود العوده الى الغرفه تحتاج ان تطلب سياره من الفندق ولكن الحلو سرعة حضور السياره في كل مره لم يعجبني ان عاملات النظافه يعملون فقط حتى الساعه 5 المغرب بعدها لايقومون بتنظيف الغرفه الأثاث والباركيه(الارضيه) قديمه تحتاج إلى تجديد التلفاز سيء لاتوجد قنوات غير التايلنديه والباقي لايعلمون والصوره غير واضحه وطلبت موظف لضبط القنوات أتى وفتح التلفزيون وطلعتي نفس القنوات التالنديه وقالي خلاص شغال وللأسف ماسوى ولا شي والمشكله الأكبر ان مايعرف يتكلم انجليزي فما عرف يسوي شي ولا عرفت اتفاهم معاه مثل مايه راح😂

Everything is nice and I enjoyed every moment there Except the breakfast is not good most of the main course are pork and they have to have international cousin

دفع الماي الشور سيء جداً السرير غير مريح التنقل من الغرف الى اللوبي ومن اللوبي الى الغرف عن طريق السيارات وهذا الشيء مزعج اذا صار وقت الذروة وكثير من النزلاء متواجدين

They gave me a room with partial ocean view .. they said I should’ve paid more although this option wasn’t there in the items.
