Ac was bad, room was dirty.

Room was spacious

While room was good bit the amenities were not working 1. Tv wasnt working; 2. Towels were sent after calling; 3. Service was too slow

Very poorly maintained hotel. Very bad and smelly bedsheets with cigarette holes. They don't even provide complementary drinking water bottle. No towel was provided, mosquitoes everywhere. Staff didn't cooperate.

The hotel staff denied the stay. They mentioned that they don't have any room left for me when I reached there. When I requested that could you please help me as I have no place to go, they took me to a nearby hotel saying ma'am you can pay 1000 rupees here for room which is less than 1400 rupees you were going to pay us for the room. This is all we can do for you. I have to take that room for 1000 rupees in other hotel. I am no longer sure if i should be booking rooms via Booking.com as it happened second time. I am uninstalling the app.
