Apartamento totalmente reformado con muy buen gusto en un palacete precioso. Muy céntrico, se puede ir andando a todos los puntos de interés. Personal muy amable. Si volvemos a Turin, repetiremos seguro!

Una meraviglia!
A marvelous intimate palazzo that will make your feel in Torino like if you were “a protagonist of a novel”. Immaculate attention to detail, cleanness and assumed aesthetics that beats a 5 star hotel. Grazie!

Un piacevolissimo soggiorno. Struttura dotata di ogni comfort, posizione centralissima, personale disponibile e cortese. Abbiamo alloggiato nella Suite Deluxe (Romantica) che era meravigliosa: arredamento di gusto, doccia grande e letto comodo.

Palazzo del Carretto è un fantastico palazzo storico in zona centrale, molto silenzioso e con un bell'affaccio su un giardino privato. Appartamento di alto livello, curatissimo in ogni particolare (finestre, tende, letto molto comodo), dotato di ogni comfort ma che allo stesso tempo trasmette la sensazione di "sentirsi a casa". Cucina ben attrezzata e pulitissima, in omaggio un kit di benvenuto per la colazione e la sorpresa di un panettone artigianale il giorno di Natale. Tips e istruzioni per tutto (uso degli ettrodomestici, ristoranti, visite guidate...). Parcheggio a pagamento nello stesso stabile comodissimo e con accesso diretto agli appartamenti. Che dire..una bellissima scoperta assolutamente da consigliare per un soggiorno a Torino!

Palazzo storico molto bello, camera enorme e bellissima con affreschi e arredata benissimo. Posizione più che centrale .La struttura ha un parcheggio a pagamento e ci sono altri garage a pochi metri di distanza , i prezzi ,ovviamente essendo in pieno centro non sono economici ( 30 euro al giorno).

Wir hatten ein unglaublich grosses, prachtvolles Zimmer, mit üppigem Stuck an der Decke, schönem Holzboden, Goldverzierungen an Decke und Türen usw. Eben ein Palazzo aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Ich weiss freilich nicht, ob die übrigen Zimmer ebenso prunkvoll sind.

Stunning large room in a very central location. Room was spotless with lovely fresh linen on a very comfortable bed. Pillows were good too. Shower was amazing especially after a long day of walking. Staff were very helpful and booked a taxi for our early morning departure.

I loved it was part of a beautiful palazzo with grand entrance, and restoration and conversion to the highest quality. the mix of Baroque and contemporary. It was a bonus to have access to an impressive living in addition to the suite, and wrap around courtyard balcony with views to a garden. The daily cleaning staff were so attentive. It was a top star hotel but better in being more personal and intimate. I looked forward to returning to it each day.

Room was beautiful, spacious and centrally located. The room was very quiet and the bed comfortable. The hosts were very responsive. I will definitely return next time I am in Turin.
Unfortunately the on-site parking was full but we were able to park in a nearby public garage, so it was not a problem. There was nothing that I didn't like.

Very stylishly decorated. spacious room. very good bed, pillows & shower. great to have coffee making facilities & fridge to store our own milk as none was provided. good dinner recommendations close by. Some cute little touches. secure parking on request at €30 a night
no breakfast provided, which seems odd when you consider how much they charge. extremely loud outside in the square across till 1-2am on Saturday night.

Simply amazing. The appartment is not only very comfortable but also looks beautiful. There is a central room voor all appartmens which can be reached with an elevator. Than the appartment had a splitlevel, the bedroom + bathroom downstairs and a sittingroom above that. Bed was really comfortable, good shower and coffee facility. Our room also had a balcony. We would go back here next time.

We had a three day stay in Turin with the family. The spot is a beautyful and calm place close by the city center. It was a warm welcome by staff, who organized a lot of things for us. It was a relaxing pleasure to stay in the Palazzo del Carretto.
We weren't aware that there was a Carnival holiday, so some spots were closed.

The 'intimate wash' was such a funny & detailed extra 'touch' to the toiletries collection for bidet use. Brilliant!
- Although the staff was great, welcoming and flexible. Coordinating the time of arrival was a little stressful on my part - in order to collect the keys before the reception closed in the evening (8:30-9pm). We were driving from Switz to Italy, after work when plans were not 100% certain till the last minute.
- Wifi didn't connect in most part of the room. Should have connected to a different receiver for a stable connection.
- Parking is so expensive 30 Euro per day - the key description bullet points should mention Paid Parking (not just Parking). You have to later find the specific details about the paid parking fee in the detailed description.
- Noise from neighbors upstairs, luckily this was only really loud when in the bathroom.
