as always, the location is great, the staff is welcoming for the most part, the view is perfect and the comfort of having a large area within the hotel to have meetings, enjoy a wonderful Asian restaurant or fresh baked goods within a few steps from the room is just amazing, totally amazing if you book through booking.

This was the first time I took a room not through booking; my review contains a 12 days of staying at the hotel, and 1 night i had to take extra as my flight was delayed, i regret to say that unlike many times i stayed at the VERT, this time my experience was awful, I mostly had no one to communicate with about the issues I faced, and unfortunately had many; the first room I received had a broken toilet, and the AC was not working, after BEGGING to change a room (as the WC was fixed but still made noises throughout the night) i got a room with a broken shower when that was repaired i found out the door lock mechanism was not locking the door and when i announced it to the reception I was told they will fix it immediately - but it stayed the same till the day i left. when i booked our last night i specifically wrote the room to my partner who is not iserali and somehow we were forced to pay the VAT for both rooms - i get mine was needed to be taxed, but his? no answers were given.

The hotel is in a great location and is a nice walk to the beach.

The staff was extremely unhelpful and inexperienced. Every question asked, they needed to text the supervisor and had to wait for the answer. It took 30 minutes to check in. The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned and there was hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived. While there were multiple usb ports in the room, none of them had power and were just for show. When checing out, there was an option for a cab to the airport for a fee. I paid for the reservation, but the car never showed. They said they would refund me, but I have not received it.

The breakfast too many options instead of many less but better bread more fruit and the long lines for coffee not good an idea have someone going around with filter coffee serving to people if anyone wants another drink is different not good bread also long lines too much food pasta is not necessary at all is breakfast the manager too tense not good either never a smile you need to have more breakfast things

We have been to Vert Lagoon many times and it just keeps being great and greater. Comfortable, clean, and courteous always with great dining and location and great views.

Difficult to access shower over bath. Prefer walk in shower. Food not up to standard for price, NO ACCOUNT TAKEN FOR PERSONS WITH LACTOSE ALERGIES. Dairy free spread /margerine not available at all for all days despite requesting same. Kitchen staff did not care and only a complaint to your Guest service manager , did not help. Although she was very upset about the situation, the rest of the staff did not care.

The view. The breakfast was great. the bedroom was good size and comfy.

The balcony door was broken in the room. we asked many times for someone to come sort it and no one did. The bathroom sink got blocked for no reason and the bathroom was overall quite old.

The entire experience was terrific, from checking in to checking out. The staff was welcoming, understanding, and supportive, and the hotel facilities were superb. The vast entrance hall gives a very welcoming feeling. Moreover, the number of elevators allows travel, even when the hotel is fully booked freely and without waiting too long. The large parking attached to the hotel supports electrical charging while parking, handicapped areas, and family parking. The little details of the room were beautiful. The design is balanced and uncomplicated yet inspiring and comfortable. The showers are fantastic. There is a good stream of water, unlike many hotels these days, incredible heat, and enough room for two people to enjoy a shower. From the room balcony, we could see the city outskirts and the ocean, except one evening, the nights were quiet and comfortable. I haven't enjoyed a hotel in Israel's central district as much as I enjoyed VERT.

On one of the nights, a wedding took place in the hotel. The guests went out to the large balcony under the rooms and started singing and dancing, which was very noisy and bothering. It took about two hours to calm them down and put them back into the wedding area. The hotel staff, led by a Guest experience specialist named Tony, apologized and ensured I felt as comfortable as possible for the rest of my stay. I even got a discount when I extended my stay at the hotel.

The cleaning people didn't always leave the correct towels. Sometimes didn't come by.

Great location , rooms are wide and clean. Quite and lovely , great for business travel .
