Location, and all the additional amenities! The owner leaves had all details covered which made out stay perfect! A few check in starter groceries, bag to get groceries, nice towels, AC already on and apartment cool, they thought of every detail! Parking was also perfect and accommodated a family size vehicle!

The apartment is modern, large and comfortable with the kitchen being equipped with a lot of utensils including basic consumables and a nice balcony covered by a solid roof. Shared building parking spaces are available outside the building and the nearest beach is 5 to 10 minutes walk depending on what kind of beach you would like to visit. Hosts are helpful and easy to reach. It should be noted that the building and surroundings do not look as if they are being maintained that well - they have looked partly deserted / partly being worked on (but not overly dirty or loud) - there is nothing much that the owners can do about in reality. Perhaps also worth of note is, particularly for the elderly / people with really small children / babies: there is no lift for the apartment, which is in the second floor of an old, tall building with correspondingly long flights of stairs. Sometimes all of the parking spaces were occupied, but luckily we could park in front of the local, installation store in the building, which is closed over the weekend. A number of small things did not work in the apartment: for example, lights in the bathroom were flickering occasionally, one plug (out of more than enough of them) in the kitchen did not work, one light switch was not working (and was not critical since there was another for the same light source) - all of these were reported to the owner, so I hope they will get those minor issues looked at soon.

The apartment is gorgeous, very spacious and comfortable. The terrace offers some nice vistas and is pleasant for sitting outside and the kitchen is equipped with pretty much everything you might need including various spices. There is washing machine and ironing board so really great stuff. Car space is just in front of the building, easy accessible and the nearest beach is 5-10 minutes walk depending what you are looking for. Hosts were super helpful and replied immediately. Would highly recommend staying here.
