Beach was absolutely priceless and location to beach was perfect. Condo was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. Elevator was old rather slow and multiple codes around property were slightly frustrating.the stunning location made up for it. Pool was nice , very clean .

Condo was great for us. We really liked that it was an end unit and being right over the beach was great. It’s in a convenient location. The elevator, which appears older, had issues while we were there which wasn’t convenient when checking out and carrying luggage three flights of stbut things do break down from time to time. The unit could use a wine key but otherwise had a decent supply of kitchen items to prepare meals.

We had a wonderful time. Owner was great, and very helpful. Only problem was the elevator was shut down for maintenance. Got a lot of exercise on the stairs! Condo had beautiful ocean views, plenty of room, and was extremely comfortable! Looking forward to returning!!

Mr. Kabbash was spot on and very friendly and answered all of our questions quickly and kindly. We slept soundly on the very comfortable king bed. One sunset was spectacular from our balcony.a very convenient location. Jolly good job! Thank you.

Our stay was great, we love the location of the condo, having beachfront access, and you can’t beat the view from the balcony. The beds are comfortable, and the condo is spacious.

The condo is clean and in a great location. You are steps from the beach. The place needs a few tweaks like rugs, hangers and beach chairs. The beach toys need replacing as all were broken or falling apart. There was only 1 beach chair. I would recommend but know it’s kinda sparse in some areas. The bed was comfortable.

This was the most comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. We had 4 adults and 2 children and it never felt cramped. The married couple stayed in the front room and pushed the twins together. I stayed in the master/king bed with the two young ones and my adult nephew slept on the larger of the two sofas. The Balcony overlooking the ocean was also comfortable with plush seating and a dining table. It is a relatively small complex, which we like. Everyone is assigned a parking space. This part of the beach was filled with vacationing families. The children loved the pool area as well. It was easy to get to all area attractions. We went to John's Pass a couple of times. The kitchen was comfortable and having laundry in the condo made all the difference. We had to communicate with owner once. He answered right a way and was very accommodating. The room was clean with plenty of linens. you don't even need to pack beach towels, toys, chairs etc. The rental chairs and umbrellas beachside are more affordable than other places at $150. a week for 1 umbrella and 2 chairs. The chairs are comfortable and easy to move. The beach is right outside the back of condo. No long walk to the water. The entry is easy and the water is crystal clear. We swam to the sand bar everyday to look for sand dollars. We will be back!!!

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. The condo is exactly as portrayed. The king bed was very comfortable. Location can't be beat. Sunsets from the balcony are gorgeous. The condo could use some updating and a deep cleaning. Ceiling Fans dusted and such. The outdoor pool area could use some umbrellas for some shade. And having 3 different codes to remember for the condo entrance, building entrance and beach pool access was a little irritating. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

While our overall experience was good there were certainly a few disappointments. We loved the area, beach was perfect, food choices were great, location was convenient. Master bed was terribly uncomfortable and pillows were as well. Owners association allowed maintenance workers to enter our condo unannounced not once but twice! This was very upsetting and unacceptable. Fortunately owner (was not notified either) was very quick to respond and personally came to change combination so that they could not enter again.

the condo was great the only problem we had was the elevator was out of order for two days.

This condo on the beach has the best balcony ever. It is a corner unit with the south end of the balcony giving a view down the entire beach.The balcony furniture is plentiful and comfortable. Beach towels and chairs being provided with the rental is a definite plus. Great location, close to everything but not in the crowded areas. Very short walk to beach, the pool is refreshing after a hot afternoon on the beach and is on the side of the building offering some shaded areas. The unit was clean, the appliances are in good condition, communication with the owner was easy and courteous. Beds and linens were comfortable. Having an assigned parking space was also a big plus. The only slight negative is that the elevator is very slow, but it didn't bother us, we were on "beach time"! We 4 sisters had a wonderful week at this Madeira Beach condo.

My wife and I returned this year for a two week stay and we were not disappointed. The condo is roomy, comfortable and has an amazing view of the Gulf. We had all of the amenities that we needed for a wonderful stay.

Everything about the stay was great. Great view, yummy restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely come back!

Roomy and airy with it being an end unit.

The condo property itself is pretty nondescript with the traditional Florida tan color and older facade, but it was well maintained (with the exception of the white picket fence in the parking area) and clean and kept clean daily during our stay. The pool area was nice and the pool was just repaired during our stay. Bad news is we lost a few pool days, good news we were right on the ocean with beautiful weather to sit on the beach. The unit was as described. The furniture in the unit as well as the furniture on the balcony was very comfortable. The bed in the master was perfect and with the many pillows provided we were both able to find one that fit our style of sleep. Kitchen appliances were adequate and there were plenty of dishes, pans, utensils, etc. It was nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Only complaint is it would have been nice to have more laundry detergent provided. One other suggestion would be to add some more living room furniture. There is plenty of wasted space that a larger family could use - it didn't affect us because it was only the 2 of us, but just throwing that out there. The balcony was spacious and provided a great view of sunsets, the ocean, and the beaches to the north and south. We ate most of our meals out there and spent evenings there after the sun went down. The unit had beach chairs, umbrella, flotation things and toys for the kids. We used the chairs and umbrella every day which saved us $15-25/day as the chairs and umbrellas on the beach are provided by a rental company. The beach itself was clean, within a few steps of the condo, and this time of year was not busy at all. Restaurants, shopping, convenience store, were all within walking distance. Overall every thing was described accurately in the listing and the few contacts we made with the owner before and after our arrival were responed to within the hour each time.

What a wonderful spot overlooking the gorgeous gulf water & Madeira Beach. Clean, comfortable, quiet condo. Easy communication with property manager. Walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops & Candy Kitchen.

I’ve been visiting Kima Condominiums for over 20 years and this was my first time in this unit. It was perfect for a week at the beach! You can’t beat the location with the beach literal steps out of your door. The amenities are perfect, I love having a full kitchen and laundry in the unit, it allows us to pack so much less because we have the ability to wash clothes! We have already begun looking at dates we can get back next year. All the instructions to get into the unit were clear and we had no problems! Great stay!

Had a wonderful time with my family in your condo. The location was perfect. Only one suggestion maybe a table with 4 chairs on the balcony. We loved it. We'll rent from you again

We had a fabulous time at Kima 301. The condo was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The condo has everything you would need, from toys and chairs for the beach, to everything you would need in a fully stocked kitchen. The balcony was spacious with 2 large door that open up to a beautiful direct view of the magnificent gulf and sunsets. Everything was as expected and the people were very warm and friendly. We want to come back on March, and will try to secure the same unit. 5 stars for being exactly what we wanted, with no issues. If there was any issue, it would be the over the top security locks, Gates and keys. But we forgive them for being exclusively minded. Love it!!

The condo was immaculate. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. The bathrooms were updated. The beds we’re comfortable. And best of all, the owner was readily available to answer questions and provide assistance with any issue.

Easy access, great communication with the host. Beautiful beach and sunsets. Condo was spacious and all the extras you would need for a beach stay like; beach towels, beach chairs, plenty of extra pillows and towels. :)

Overall, it was really good. The shower curtain in the master bath was unexpected since the photos show a glass door.

Just want to say we had the best vacation! We loved our condo and will definitely come back to this one again! Everything that we needed was all there! Sam, you have a wonderful place for families to come to and have the perfect vacation! We were sad to leave!

first arrival I was uncertain of this condo for it could use an upgrade but it faded once we were there and surely enjoyed the location and views of Madeira Beach - it was so soothing and beautiful. will consider going back.

This property is so nice. It is literally feet from the ocean. Overall very happy. Only complaint is trying to remember all of the codes needed to get into places on the property
