Location is good and my stay is pleasant
Initial hiccups on key collection but owner is able to resolve it fast and professionally. The unit has inefficient lift system(not the fault of the property). Hopefully the management can do something abt it.

Firstly the ideal location which in between the beach, the malls, the foodie and the groceries. Ideal for family and gathering. Nice view and Facilities.
The Building management need to work harder on the LIFT Services.

الشقة نظيفة جدا وواسعة.. عملية تسجيل الدخول كانت رائعة ومثالية وسريعة .. التقيت بالمندوب وقام بتسليمي بطاقة مواقف السيارة والمصعد.. كان يوجد موقف مخصص لسيارتي مسبقا.. كل شي رائع وتعامل صاحب الشقة ممتاز جدا وكان يتواصل اثناء الإقامة للتاكد من كل شي على ما يرام.

only 3 elevator available for more than 30 floors. Need to wait due to lift heavily use by other tenant.

The unit is spacious. Fit 6 persons well. Come with three bathrooms.
Waited lift for one hour during check out time. The staff didn’t pick up the call upon arrival but text us instead. We don’t know where should we park the car or wait for the staff yet noone answer call to help us out.

Spacious, AC was working well, location near Gurney plaza
1. It takes 30-45 mins to wait for elevator to go up or down. During check in and check out time, the wait time can be up to 1 hour! During check out time today, we saw a family going down 37 stairs with luggages and their baby!
2. No lobby, no place to sit to wait for Check in/post Check out time. No space to stow your luggage after check out time (which is at 11-12 noon)
3. No dryer in the unit. Owner posted a pic of Washer Dryer, but Dryer is no longer there. It takes 1.5 days for clothes to dry in the patio which was inconvenient since washer dryer is the reason why we opted for this airbnb

The lift need to wait for abt 15-20 mins during check in, however the staffs were very helpful during check in

Nice & clean apartment. Aircond & other amenities in apartment in good working condition.
Owner should make sure basic necessities like toilet paper, shampoo & liquid soap are provided.

First timers and it was not dissapointing. Place was clean and very comfortable. Landlord was very kind and reasonable as he allowed us to check in early. Landlord was kind enough to entertain us even though we called late night.

Problems with lifts due to slow, limited lift and lift service during checkout. Have to wait at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Additional parking lot need to pay RM2 perhour. Costly about RM50 perday. Guards are not ready to service homestay customers.

I like the scenery, the security. The layout unit which we rented. Basically the unit is nice and comfy.
The time agreed for the check in, no clear instructions where to park our vehicle, the person in charge did not pick up calls until I texted the owner, and the owner gave another number to me.

The apartment is spacious and clean. I like the most was each room and balcony have facing sea and city view. Night view is very nice and this is the best apartment or hotel i hv ever stayed in last 10 years. The location is strategic and 1.5 km to Gurney drive. It is value for money even during school holiday. Highly recommended !
The lift only has 3 and need to wait abt 5-10 min during peak hours.
