Enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time. The weather was cool, and we had a rainy week (which was lovely compared to the brutal heat we had escaped!) We hiked, played games, put together a 2,000 piece puzzle, relaxed in the hot tub, cooked in the big kitchen and had a family pool tournament. The house was amazing with lots of space for all 15 of us.

What an outstanding experience - the home was perfect for our large group, plenty of room, gorgeous views, beds were comfy. I would give this place a 10+

The property was perfect for our group of eight adults. We had plenty of room to spread out, work, cook and enjoy being in the mountains. Hiking trails right around the corner. Plenty of wildlife. We hired a private chef to come cook for us and that made it even more relaxing.

The house is as lovely as the pictures show-the location is perfect for walking around town as well!

6 college friends came together here for a long weekend. The place is huge, with 6 very nice bedrooms and a 7th for good measure. Amenities like grill, hot tub (sparkling and huge), and pool table were in excellent condition as price point would suggest. Like many/most places in this busy ski town, it's not for someone in search of solitude; road noise is audible from the (excellent) decks and views include parking lots and buildings under construction through the trees. That said - the place itself is totally private, with no neighborly intrusions; the views up over the treetops are striking, with the still-snowcapped resort ridges visible from dining table and most bedrooms; and it's a pleasant 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive to town. We were extremely happy here, and the hosts were quite responsive when needed.

The house was great and perfect for our family. There was enough space for everyone to have their own space or to come together. Our property manager was nice and fixed the few issues we had with the dryer and bunk bed. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

The property is a great location to jump quickly on the slopes. We found the place to be clean and contained the amenities that we needed. Would stay again.

This house was really a great set up for our group, although a few additions would have made it perfect. The driveway is really really treacherous both driving and walking with snow, the internet is very spotty- it drops constantly, and some workout equipment for the non skiers would have been amazing. There were plenty of towels, extra bedding, kitchen mostly had enough of everything for large group. We had a chef come in for our dinners so it was really a treat! Thank you for the view everyday though- that was never dull!

Couldn't have asked for a better location (close to town, and amazing views). The great room and kitchen are wonderful and all the bedrooms were fantastic. The lock off above the garage is really cool as well. Would definitely recommend this property to a large family or group.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location with lots of room and nice amenities. We had 17 people in our group and never felt crowded. The kitchen is well stocked to cook for a large group. Highly recommended.

Very impressive house which allowed us to be either very active or nice and relaxing. Very close to downtown which allowed easy access to amenities but the house itself felt secluded. Excellent choice

Beautiful home for a weekend getaway with family. We had family members fly in from multiple states for our wedding and stayed in this home. It was the perfect setting and well equipped for all of our out of town guests. We would book again without hesitation.

This was the perfect setting for our needs. We wanted a house where the bride and groom and both their immediate families could stay comfortably, enjoy a Colorado getaway and get to know each other for several days before celebrating the wedding. It really did facilitate the process of making all those hopes a reality. And thus we reveled together at the wedding as one big family - all friends. It was Invaluable

This was an outstanding property. Large and laid out well. Accommodated our large family reunion group ages 1-75. All necessary plates and utensils. Best hot tub I have ever used. Terrific views. Easy walk to town. Uphill back to house but not difficult. Grill could be upgraded but very adequate. I thought it was a fair price considering the capacity. I would highly recommend.

Amazing experience at the Chateau! Very accommodating, walking distance to town, easy check in, beautiful view of Breck and the list goes on. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this home with its wonderful space and location. It’s close to downtown Breckenridge and all it’s quaint shops and also close to fun activities. The home is equipped with all the amenities that make it easy to have an enjoyable time. The grandkids enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub. It had nice gathering space and plenty of sleeping options.

This home was gorgeous! Once we pulled into the driveway, everyone's jaws dropped and everyone was in awe of the entire house. The space for entertaining on the main level was huge! At times we would have up to 20 people in the house on that level and I never once felt that it was crowded. The room sizes were great. Two gorgeous master bedrooms and all the other rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. It was nice that almost every room had a bathroom. The view of the mountains is indescribable as to how far and how much you can see. Absolutely stunning! The property is very private and very quiet. You would never even know you had neighbors! We saw a fox a few times around the neighborhood. He must feel safe because he never bothered anyone and was napping in peoples driveways. I couldn't imagine a property that would be more perfect than this one. Everyone had their own space and everyone was very comfortable with their stay. A couple things we did was a hot air balloon ride. It was June and they still were doing gondola rides up the ski mountain. There isn't a shortage of restaurants, bars or shopping and those are all just a short 10-minute walk away! There wasn't a thing we needed that the house didn't have. The home has humidifiers in the closets. It was very dry when we were there and we come from a much lower altitude. Make sure you use those every night. It's makes a big difference! Thank you for opening this home for our large family gathering!

My extended family decided on a get together in Breckenridge. We found this home on the Homeaway site. It lived up to and, in certain ways, exceeded our expectations. It easily accommodated the five families who met for this vacation. All adult couples had their own rooms and the kids still had plenty of rooms and beds for them. The house was well labeled (all light switched tell you what they’re for) and instructions made the home easily usable for us. The hot tub was up and running when we were ready to use it. Each room has a humidifier in the closet to help with the dry mountain nights. The kitchen is great was stocked with plenty of what is needed. I could go on and on, but the point to my review is that the folks that own and manage this property think of everything and communicate very well to make your stay a good one.

The property is exquisite! We had a party of 16 and there was more than enough room and the home was equipped with everything!

Loved the space and having bathrooms for all guests. Ample space to hang out and enjoy the beautiful views. The house was clean and very inviting

This house an amazing view of Breckenridge ski resort. It is also a short walk to downtown, perfect for walking to town for dinner.

Mont Vista Chateaux is an amazing home right in the heart of Breckenridge. The views are unbelievable and the home is just immaculate! We had a group of 8 staying there with comfortable space to be together and also nice-sized bedrooms with plenty of privacy, too. Though we didn't take advantage of the great game and TV room this time around, we look forward to our next visit!

We had 22 people stay here for 4 days. It was a lovely home and we did not feel crowded. Nice big kitchen. We loved having 2 sinks and 2 dish washers. Our only complaints is the driveway. In the winter a 4 wheel drive is a must! The driveway is steep and has a sharp bend at the top of it before entering the main road. Also the house is located an uphill walk to a shuttle that is a ways away. We had to drive our skiers to the slopes Beautiful surroundings.

This place is amazing for a group of couples that all want their own private space... Pretty rare to find a place that can accommodate 8 couples. But, that's just the start... The place is huge and nice and the service was great

Was way more than I expected very nice home

House was beautiful. Layout was perfect for our large party. We had a nice dinner planned for our wedding and discovered that the oven did not work. A representative was sent out to confirm the problem and that was it- not even an attempt to fix. Their response was sorry for inconvenience. Not good service for such an expensive rental. Not even a follow up call was made.

Overall, the Chateaux was great! However it is surprising that a house me that sleeps 22 is so inadequately equipped in some areas! My advice to renters is to bring large pots and pans if you are going to cook; bring camp chairs if you want to sit outside on th lower deck or even the upper deck for that matter-- we had 12 adults and 9' children . The dining area worked pretty well as the of the time we sat down together was when we are out. The views ar amazing! But since we are every meal ate the home-- with the exception of one. Cooking utensils are premium requirement for our group. Bring your own spices and laundry detergent and dryer sheets. None of that is a big deal but does impact how you pack for the trip. As well , if you like the common area to be somewhat clean, you may want to ask for a midweek maid service as the vacuum was broken and that was a bummer.
