Issues during our stay: 1. Rooms had odor. It was advertised as 5 Star Hotel, and this type of Odor in 5 Start, not expected. Perhaps, Air Freshener could have been used, which was not. 2. A 5 Star rated Hotel should provide clean towels. Everyday, we found Towels were pretty dirty. Also, the linens were not changed our entire stay (3 Nights). This should not be the case for a 5 Star Hotel. 3. Food was fresh, but taste was below average. Before our stay at this Hotel, we were at Grand Sylhet Hotel. Food price was quite high at Momo Inn, compare to Grand Sylhet Hotel. However, in terms of food quality & taste, Momo Inn is way behind than Grand Sylhet Hotel. 4. Reception Desk Employees were pretty rude (less smiley/welcoming) other than one person (Firoz).

Room no -4624. Bathroom was not pleasurable & Don't bother asking for everyone's ID card?

Resort is excellent.

There was a lot of outside people. It was terrific experienced. We couldn't enjoy for the crowded. We went there for relaxation though we didn't find any.

Foods were good - they have some of the most skilled chefs. Staffs were cooperative.

The washroom was damp and slippery. One of us slipped and got hit on the door beam and got a deep cut on his forehead. There was a bad odor through the corridors. Their check-in time is 2pm and checkout time is 12am, swimming pool, indoor games, gym etc get opened at 1pm and get closed at 8pm. And they take more than an hour to make the room ready for check-in. Which means the guests will get only 5 hours of time to use those facilities.

Bad experience

All people can enter here without reservations for room or room guest, so it is the worst part
