Close to sea and historical city, shops, train station, harbour, market are in walking distance, easy to plan activities without renting a car.

Very noizy restaurant on the back of the building, open late at night, problem with leaking toilet (owners are not reacting and not taking care of the problem,

Location was great, apartment was very spacious.

Extremely poor communication. Asked some questions before arrival which were repeatedly ignored. Poor instructions to find key, uncomfortable bed, insufficient toilet paper for 3 guests / 2 nights, no parking (although parking is listed as a facility), extremely poor internet (unusable), no soap in bathrooms. They ignored all communication and left no instructions for how to pay (pay at property was option I took) but then started threatening via message to report us to booking.com if we didn't pay. Even though a great location I wouldn't stay there again.

Location, big apartment

the only good thing, is the location, facing to the city hall.

The television does not work + wifi does not work ...... We came to here for Christmas， all these facilities in room should be checked in advance for the good （at least the normal）customer experience. very simple interior decoration in a not so neat building.

Nice clean large apartment in the heart of Ajaccio. It has everything you might need inside, fridge, iron and etc. Beds are comfy and every room is equipped with AC.

In the backyard of this apartment one restaurant is located. During our stay we had 2 nights in a row (over the weekend) with very noisy celebrations. Mind it if you are sensitive sleeper or have kids. Luckily we were quite exhausted from intense day and managed to fall asleep easily.

Spacious 100 year old apartment on the first floor, with delightful views over palm trees in the main square of Ajaccio. The apartment is comfortably furnished with ersatz Napoleonic touches. Notwithstanding the red velvet, the beds, bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen all work well. There is direct access from the street into a tired and grubby communal staircase, but the apartment itself is excellent. The apartment could not be better placed. There is a market in the square and there is a fish market around the corner. The apartment is quiet. There is a large public car park opposite the port - E24 per day. The host made access very easy - simply left the keys inside for us.

Not much to fault. Perhaps a little difficult to find quiet nearby restaurants. Although we enjoyed the market in the square we also had difficulty in finding a nearby supermarket for grocery essentials.
