Great location and the host was very responsive. Exactly what I'd want the experience to be. The advert is an accurate description of the property and what to expect. Be prepared to bring your own toiletries (not advertised as being provided) and wash cloths. Would definitely return and recommend.

This was an awesome house and perfect experience. It was clean, had plenty of towels, soap, etc and beds were comfortable. The layout is amazing. Perfect for a big group. Will rent again for sure.

Property was very nice and clean. It looks just like the pictures. There’s plenty of space for big groups. We had 14 people and still plenty of extra beds and places to sleep. Highly recommend and would stay again.

I recommend it it all worked really good

The house is very large and accommodates a large group. It is very pretty inside and out. We enjoyed our time there with family but there were some issues. The house needs a deep clean inside and outside. The large sectional in game room is stained and ripped in several places. The sleeper sofa we decided not to use as when we lifted up the cushions there was food and coins. The group before us may be to blame. The carpet also has several stains. The kitchen is moderately stocked, 1 or 2 oven mitts and small amount of dish towels. The appliances need attention. Then there was the issue of the birds in the fireplace that were loud enough to disturb you upstairs. Also a dead bird in the bottom of the fireplace. Bring your own toilet paper and paper towels. They provide a minimal amount and when I asked where more was stored I was informed that is the guest responsibility. The Pac-Man game didn't work the whole time of our stay. The beds are very comfortable and we slept well. I wish I could give the home five stars but with a few issues fixed it could be a five star. It is in a great area for you to spend time at the lake and with family.

Stayed three nights. Kids enhoyed the pool table, ping pong table and the bunkbeds. Alot of parking space, a convenient store half a block down and very close to the Lighthouse Marina. Very nice.

Overall very pleased. Birds in the chimney very loud, but didn’t want to hurt them. Freezer of fridge not working properly. Would recommend for future rental. Extra fridge/freezer and more cleaning supplies would be nice. Had lots of towels which was great!

I would give this location 6 stars if I could. The house is huge, with all kinds of stuff for adults, kids and teens. The lake is beautiful, though access is not very convenient. The teens liked being able to walk down the road and buy treats at the corner store. Excellent time.

We went on family vacation This place looks good online We get there it’s the nastiest house I have ever seen-anything you touch was sticky-we wash all beds when we got there Check out early just couldn’t handle the smell - the pictures online is called false advertising - the carpet is black already the couches are so sticky -I can’t believe VRBO allows places like this to be online - we should get a refund

A/C was not working in one section when we arrived but Jeff was on it and had it fixed but the next day. My group loved the place! A really great place for our family get together.

We had an amazing time, perfect location if you are looking for somewhere close to a swim area...plus plenty of room for everyone! It was really easy to get a hold of the owner with any concerns or questions! Thank you for the stay!

Great place for a few days of building community with students and student leaders. Just a suggestion for other groups, there are no washcloths so you might want to pack some. The house was perfect for all the different group activities. The students weren't ready to leave.

Cornhole, pool table, pingpong, massive couch and a huge tv was a great set up in one of the living spaces. Host was attentive to questions and overall a great experience

It’s a wonderful property, close to Lake texoma and Dollar Store was close and about 20 minutes From Walmart and restaurants. Property has a great room with a pool table and ping pong table plus corn hole. Beds were very comfortable. My brother wished he had his fishing stuff to go fish

It turned out great! The house was the perfect size for our group. There were a few negatives but not many. The house smelled stale and a bit funky because of the dirty carpet throughout. And a couple of the toilets weren’t in working order.(float sticking in master and clogged up in another). With a little plumbing and new carpet, the house would be perfect. We contributed 2 new ping pong paddles to the game room, as the ones provided were not usable. Thank you for making this event a success, my brother would have loved it! Selah

Love this property... Highly recommend it. When I have additional visitors, they always ask how we found it. Looking forward to our time here again next year!

Close to the lake

Very good

Pros: close to Marina, Restaurants, Gas station and nice beach area. The kids and adults loved all of the entertainment with the ping pong, pool table, pac man, and cornhole. Definitely made it fun when we weren’t on the water. It was nice that we could use the bunk bed area by the gameroom for the big kids and the adults were on the other side of the house. Cons: for the size of the house and the amount of people it can hold only having 3 full bathrooms really isn’t enough. Shower time we really had to schedule and time it just right. And the kitchen is pretty tiny for the size too. The burners on the oven were small so it made cooking a little difficult. Overall the house was great just had a few things we wish were different but it didn’t make our trip any less fun.

This house was amazing and accommodating for our Youth Retreat. Our kiddos loved the game room and all the space we had for our Bible study and devotionals. The owner was available for any questions I had and even after the stay. Definitely would come back for future stays.

We usually go to a full-on Youth Camp for our church. This year we decided to make our own, and this facility provided the perfect atmosphere for this event. Many people were reached, and everyone LOVED IT. The property is amazing, beautiful, and very welcoming. Thank you again!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. The game room provided a space for kids and adults. Outdoor space was also used by us.
