We loved this house and thought it fit our needs perfectly! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for our quick weekend getaway. The hosts had even decorated nicely for fall giving the house a very homey and welcoming feel. We loved staying here!

The weather was not great but the cottage was a pleasant and comfortable place to spend our time. Vince was very responsive to our messages, Very comfortable beds and couches. Great shower and towels. Plenty of space for dog crates. Loved all the outdoor seating, even though we didn't get to enjoy it. We will likely book here again if we return to this area.

This place has everything! All amenities and then some-lots of charging stations, kitchen fully stocked with everything, front patio, side porch and back yard great to hang out after a day at the beach. LR also great with FP heater and big tv. Beds are very comfy, everything very clean and unit owner always accessible. 5 stars!!!

Great cottage close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Very comfortable with beautiful yard and lots of seating areas. Fully stocked with everything you could need. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of linens and towels. Deck is large and overlooks peaceful back yard. Would definitely recommend!

Our fourth visit. We always rent in the shoulder seasons and love the cottage, its comfort, and the proximity to gorgeous beaches. John and Vincent are responsive hosts and we appreciate the thoughtful touches throughout.

Overall the cottage was very nice and quaint. We had about 3-4 guests stay over and the size of the place was great for a night or two. The check in lock system was very simple and easy to use, everything was nice and clean, and the heating system worked very nicely (in the fall). The patio, deck and backyard were a nice unexpected addition to have a small fire or to hangout outside. My only comment is that some of the neighbors tend to be very close which limits privacy outdoors, even to the point where one commented on a conversation from across the street. Overall it was a great stay and served our purpose perfectly while being in an ideal area of town, I would just say that if you are looking for a ton of privacy (at least outdoors) this may not be the best pick, but all in all would definitely recommend.

We have been staying at this cottage for years and enjoy it so very much. John and Vincent are as nice as can be and great with communication. The cottage is lovely (and they are always making improvements!) and has everything we need and more. We just love our "home away from home"!

My family and I have enjoyed this beach cottage four times now and have enjoyed everything about it. It has the comfort and convenience that makes for a great vacation at the beach.

This was our first time staying here and it was great. The house had everything we needed,m. Location is short drive to the beach. Shopping and food are all very close by.

The cottage was close to everything I needed and wanted to visit. The beach and trails are just a few minutes away. The pictures don’t do the cottage justice. I will stay here again when visiting Westerly.

It is a wonderful cottage. However, after 2 days, I experienced tremendous back pain which I attributed to a soft mattress and pillows. We left for the emergency room on Tuesday and only had 2 days of a 7 day vacation.

Nice clean cottage with lots of outside patio areas. Perfect for small family. Make sure a/c is turned on/functioning. The outside compressor looked new but wouldn't come on no matter how we set the thermostat and it did get hot one day.

We stayed her for 5 days for my fiancé birthday and it was truly home away from home. Already making plans to return! :-)

The cottage was cozy and decorated like a little beach get-a-way.And there is no place better to catch your breath and clear your mind than the beach. So this was wonderful for us, since we have always lived by the ocean. It was well stocked for cooking and enough settings for a large family. Nice path to walk in a wooded area and away from the noise of traffic and city; but close to everything you need.We had a wonderful visit with our children and great grandchildren on Easter there and also relaxed by the fire a couple nights. My only frustration was how to work the Smart TV and the air and heat. I am not a modern kind of woman. I don't get all of the new electronics. Lucky to have my son come help. The cottage was very comfortable. The sky lights are awesome; got to look up at the pink moon! And the deck and patio are also a great place for a visit. Thanks to John's mom; I felt like I was using some of my old glasses and kitchen things! Very nice touch.

We took our 3 bulldogs away for the weekend to the beach before it gets to hot for them on the beach. The cottage was perfect. It was the perfect size for our family and our pups. The private backyard and firepit are an awesome addition! The beaches and restaurants are only a short drive away. There was also a playground with dog walking trail at end of the street. We will definitely visit again!

The beds were super comfortable, quiet surroundings in a convenient location, and great amenities within the space. There was even a small playground and path to walk along adjacent to the home! Will definitely be spending another few nights there
