Our family had a great time. Loved the fact they had an elevator since i have issues with walking. Everyone was very friendly. Would definately recommend them.

The condo was great for a small family. Location to the beach and boardwalk was very convenient. The deck was a relaxing place to hang out. Down side is there is no place to store beach items when you’re not using them. Also the ac units were very dusty. Though overall, it was a great and relaxing stay!

A beautiful two bedroom condo in a very nice looking and well kept building. Covered parking, elevator, and a beautiful pool. The unit itself was very clean and tastefully decorated with a lovely balcony and updated bathroom.

Jennifer was so kind and helpful. Everything was extremely organized and information received in timely manor. She responded quickly to all of my questions and concerns. This is a great location and a great listing!

Couldn’t beat the location of the condo, close enough to beach and boards without being too close. Jennifer, the property owner, was extremely helpful and communicative. The unit was nice, had some bumps and bruises that could use a refresh and repair but nothing was overwhelmingly impactful to the use of the condo, more cosmetic. The convenience of covered parking and private balcony were a plus.

The location of the property was great, just a short walk to the Boardwalk and the Beach was right there. Inside the condo was clean and organized with decent size rooms to fit our family for a mini getaway.

The condo was beautiful as pictured. Located on first floor. Not so many stairs to climb which is great. Elevator worked well for the elderly and heavy bags. The condo looked amazing. Everything worked tvs air-conditioning. Needs a update in bathroom. Preferably a grab bar in shower for elderly or anyone with balance issues. The deck was amazing. Lots of space with 2 rockers and a table and chairs to sit outside to eat or mingle. Spent alot of time relaxing breathing in the shore air. Had a partial view of the ferris wheel. Beautiful when it was lit up. First time vrbo user. So I was a challenge. Jennifer was great. Answered all my emails. Walked me through everything very informative and caring. Thank you Jennifer! Boardwalk is about 2 1/2 blocks away. Easy walk. Purchase beach tags on boardwalk. The location is amazing. Alot of great restaurants in the area. You can't go wrong on this. Overall very happy with everything.

My relatives and I were planning a multi-family summer vacation in OC so we needed to find a couple homes in proximity to one another and could not feel luckier to have found Jennifer’s property, it was perfect — from the close proximity to the beach, to what my cousins said were super comfortable beds, huge balcony, clean space — everything you really hope you get when you rent a place for the first time (plus a pool!) Thank you Jennifer for being a gracious host and providing such a clean, comfortable and welcoming place to stay!!

Excellent location one block from the beach and boardwalk. Large deck with tables and chairs as well as two rocking chairs and table. Well equipped with pots, dishes and coffee maker. Family had a great time.

We loved this 2 BR condo as the space was perfect for our family. It’s close to the beach and boardwalk. We could walk everywhere. Jenn was very communicative, and she helped make our stay enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great time. The location is excellent - easy walk to the beach & boardwalk, the grocery store, the shops. The condo itself was clean, comfortable with a nice décor. The balcony was really nice - spacious, shaded in the late afternoon and evening, a perfect place to eat dinner, read a book and enjoy the breeze

The property was clean and I liked the location. I was suppose to get combo for entrance night before but didn't get it until day of vacation. The hvac did not work properly because it was warm in condo. Thank goodness it was cool that week. Wish they had a dvd player because they didn't have any good channels on tv to watch. Was suppose to be 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths but was 1 bedroom with a den made into a room and a jack and jill bathroom. Nice patio to seat out on. Couldn't figure out the 2 keys in condo until a day later after asking. WiFi info on refrig. was incorrect but finally found it on cork board.

We were a little frustrated with the construction going on with the railings. The property reached out to us and took off a night for us which made it right. The only other complaint would be that the pool was advertised to be open when we booked the property, but was not when we stayed there.

This was very nice and spacious place for 5 of us. A short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The only drawback was that there was only 1 parking space but we were able to get street parking by early the next morning.

The condo was perfect for us. The weather was a bonus. Thank you.

The condo was as expected and it worked well for our family. The master bed was super comfy and the place was clean & well equipped. Several repairs are needed at the property.

This was our first time visiting Ocean City and the condo was a perfect fit for our family of 5! It was clean, great location and the host quickly responded to questions I had.

This place was perfect for our family of 4! The location was ideal - a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Our kids loved the pool and used it every day of the trip. The apartment itself was a good size. The beds were comfortable and I appreciated having enough dresser space to unpack! The kitchen also had all the basic cookware needed to make out own meals. We plan to come back next year!

Close to boards and beach. Great condo! Only issue was washer and dryer in building. Didn’t dry clothes fully.

Perfect location, close to everything. Condo is clean and comfortable and even though we had neighbors, it was very quiet. Beds were high quality and comfortable and the space is tastefully decorated and recently renovated I would rent it again!

perfect spot to walk to the beach or walk for food. Plus covered parking is great. We checked out on a rainy day and it was great not to run to a double parked car and try packing everything in and getting soaked like we would have to do with a house. And Jennifer was great with answering any questions about the property.

We were extremely happy with our stay here. Leading up to our stay & upon check-in I spoke with Jennifer on the phone several times. Her & her husband were very nice, hospitable, & helpful. The property was very well-kept and clean. There was lots of storage space, and everything was laid out very smartly. It felt very roomy for our family of 3. A pack-n-play fit perfectly in the 2nd bedroom. The bathroom was clean and well-lit. The shower was nice and hot! The location was great, close to everything we wanted to do. I was considering staying at a different property closer to the boardwalk, but I'm so glad we decided on this property. Any closer to the boardwalk and we would have been hearing music blasting all day long. The boardwalk is LOUD, so it's nice that this is a little set back, but still very close.A special shout-out to the maintenance guy on the property. I saw him several times each day, masked & constantly cleaning. We were at the pool one day and immediately after another family exited the pool area, the maintenance guy came through with lysol to wipe their whole area down. That guy deserves a nice Christmas gift this year for sure!!!
