Great beach, pool, and bar! Lots of chairs. Condo had everything we needed and close proximity to many great restaurants would highly recommend!

A 10+ rental all around. location was on the mid- 7 mile beach. Buses available right outside the condo, several restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. The photos are true to real life, condo had everything we needed to enjoy the pool and beach; floaties, snorkels masks, etc. King size bed was very comfortable, bright corner unit with a large private patio to enjoy the shade. Pool with swim up bar and private beach was only steps away. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas for everyone. Communication with owner was excellent. I would highly recommended this unit.

Our family of 7 stayed here and it was a great spot! This was our 2nd time staying at Sunset Cove and it is in such a cool location. This was our first time at this particular condo and it is one of the most stocked places that we have stayed. Very clean and also comfortable. I would definitely recommend a stay here to any of my friends and family.

Everything necessary for our stay was available, right down to shampoos, skin preparations, kids’ toys, every pot and pan and cooking aid. The patio is very private and pleasant. Very enjoyable stay. No requirement to wash linens before leaving.

This was a great location and great stay for the 5 days we spent as a family of 6 on the island. The listing was exactly as described and ideal location to the pool, beach and in regards to sites on 7 mile beach. We rented a car while there, and didn’t have too much issues getting around, even though they drive on the opposite side of the road. 10/10 would recommend.

I based my choice of this condo by the great reviews. Not what it was. It is an older condo that needs a deep clean. The owner was very responsive and helped us out when the power went out. The location was great. Stores near by. The beach was beautiful. The people of Grand Cayman are friendly and welcoming!

The condo was beautiful, exactly as it looked the the pictures. Private pool, private beach. The bed was extremely comfortable too! Livia was a great and helpful host. She gave responded to questions within minutes generally.

Nice neat very handy for our dive group. Comfortable beds nice kitchen. Very easy to keep clean. Nice patio area.

We stayed in this condo for 6 nights. It was just as advertised and is a great spot for adults and kids. The condo is well stocked with everything needed, including a good assortment of beach and pool toys. Would definitely stay at Sunset Cove again and in this same condo.

We enjoyed staying in this 2 bedroom condo. It came with many amenities (such as a box fan, beach towels and toys, laundry detergent, extra towels, etc.) which made our stay more enjoyable. The location is great with restaurants and bars withing walking distance and buses easy to get on. The on site restaurant/bar/swim up bar, The Lazy Lizard, has good food and drinks that you can get on site. At first we thought they didn't have food because we didn't see where they cooked it; so we didn't eat there for a day but the kitchen is in a building near it; so when we figured that out we ate lunch or dinner there every day. Livia the host stays in touch and responds to any messages quickly. She recommended a good taxi driver (Garfield) who we used a couple of times and liked having an honest taxi driver. I recommend staying at this nice clean condo.

We loved our stay at Sunset Cove! The condo was perfect for two couples, with all of the amenities you could ask for. The pool is great and the poolside Lazy Lizard Bar & Grill made for fun times. Our host, Livia was great to communicate with before, during and after our stay and we look forward to coming back!

You get so much when you stay here. The property was lovely and had the best of everything- lovely pool, bar and sunset views of the ocean.

Livia the host provided us with details for an island car tour with spots to stop for snorkeling with/viewing turtles, the blowholes, starfish, two excellent restaurants/bars etc…This was very much appreciated by me, my husband, and elderly parents. Livia is sweet and smart and we adored the unit that had all the comforts and amenities of home. Thank you again, Livia! A stress free holiday!! I highly recommend and I gave 5 star review without hesitation.

You will not be disappointed by choosing to stay at Livia's! The condo was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. She includes lots of extras like pool toys, coolers, sunscreen, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. She thinks of things like luggage rack, drying racks for wet clothes, extra pillows, laundry hampers, etc. There are books, games, cable, movies, Netflix. Almost anything you could want or need she has thought of. If not, there are grocery stores just down the road with the same products as our American stores. The property itself is a great location to stay and Livia's condo is an excellent choice!

We’ve rented this same condo twice. It is close to the pool and beach. The lanai is an excellent outdoor space to have meals,read a book, or just relax. The beds and furniture are comfortable. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. There is a bar that serves food at the pool. The condo is clean and well maintained. The cove has a large sand beach.

Sunset Cove #115 was such a great option for my family. The communication was top notch and the instructions were thorough. We did have a little difficulty figuring out how find the actual condo in the complex itself once we were in the parking lot. Maybe providing a screenshot or rough map of where to go once you’ve reached the parking lot, as it is not completely obvious. Loved having a keypad to enter as it kept us from having to deal with a physical key to figure out what to do with when snorkeling/diving. The condo was great for our family of 4. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware to cook with and loads of spices and such. We took a quick inventory before we headed to the grocery store and there were a few items we did not have to purchase since they were already there (cooking spray, vegetable oil, taco seasoning, etc). Plenty of electrics as well….airfryer, crock pot, multiple coffee makers, toaster, microwave. We also loved having the large George Foreman electric grill on the patio to cook up burgers one night. The bedrooms were large enough and the bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo, body wash, and toilet paper. There was plenty that we didn’t even get to, like a bookshelf full of books and games, the Wii system, and DVDs too. The A/C was VERY cold in most of the condo except for the smaller bedroom. In there, it was very warm most of the time even with the curtains drawn shut. We definitely needed to be wearing warm clothes when we watching TV despite turning the thermostat up. Having a large cooler available for packing a picnic lunch was very nice and pool floats were nice too. — The condo resort was really nice with the pool, pool bar, beach amenities, and the cove to relax in. The location was great in terms of being able to easily walk to a few great restaurants like Peppers and Coconut Joes. Just a short drive to Downtown and also to West Bay Area. We would definitely look to come back to this same area for a future vacation.

We were a group of three adults and a three and one year old. Property Owner Livia arranged to have a pack and play and a high chair at the property. Square footage was spacious for our needs. Two bedrooms and fold out couch bed worked well for sleeping arrangements. Plenty of books and toys for the kids. Worked very well for our family trip.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Cove. The complex had all of the amenities you could ask for (private beach with plenty of chairs, large pool, hot tub, swim-up bar with food). The protected cove was also perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The condo itself was also really nice. Beds were comfortable, AC worked really well, and it came with nearly everything you could need on vacation including towels and lots of basic pantry items. The condo has some snorkel gear and inflatable tubes which came in really handy. This place is now the baseline on which all of our rentals will be based!

Probably the best VRBO rental I've stayed in. Fully furnished with tons of stuff for the pool/beach. Very nice place, would stay again.

Our host Livia was awesome! The condo was excellent, great location, private beach (protected cove, lounge chairs, and tables), huge pool with swim up bar. The condo was spacious, clean, and just as described. Will definitely be booking again, Thank you!!!

The condo was perfect, with just about everything you needed. Things like spices, Pam spray, a couple of snacks for you, tinfoil, and many of the little things you don't want to buy for a few days were all there. There are great restaurants within walking distance. The only negative which really isn't a negative is that you can't walk via the water to the bigger beach area. So you'll need to walk the road or drive, but they are all close, which wasn't an issue for us. We just chose not to drink those days on the beach or chose someone to drive. overall it was GREAT and would stay there again. They are very communicative.

Livia was a great host and the entire process was seamless. The apartment was perfect for families. Everything you need was provided and my kids got good use out of all the games, tubes and beach toys provided in the apartment. Location was excellent. I will definitely recommend her to any friends vacationing in the Cayman Islands

The bed couch springs were coming through so you couldn’t have anyone sleep on that. There also were no extra sheets- Blankets etc for that bed and not enough bathing towels nor beach towels for our 5 person stay had to keep doing laundry.

The condo was roomy, very well stocked and had a nice pool and beach area.

This condo was in the perfect location for 7 mile beach area activities. The access to pool (and pool bar) and beach were exactly as described - right there and fantastic. Hostess was super sweet and responsive

Owner was very friendly and communicative . Her place had everything you need and more for the perfect vacation! I Highly recommend
