Room air con controls were a bit too complicated

I recently stayed at Plaza35 HotelApart with my family and was impressed by many aspects of my stay. The apartment itself was clean, new, and modern, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the spaciousness of the apartment , which allowed me to move around freely and not feel cramped. Another highlight of my stay was the great staff at Plaza35, who were always friendly, helpful, and professional. From the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance, everyone I encountered was eager to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I was pleased to find that Plaza35 had a car charging station located in the garage, which was very helpful and allowed me to conveniently charge my electric vehicle during my stay.

On the negative side, there were some issues that detracted from my experience at Plaza35. One major concern was the lack of soundproofing between apartments. I could hear every conversation and noise from my neighbors, which made it hard to relax or sleep at times. I would strongly recommend that the management invest in soundproofing materials or techniques to improve the guests' comfort and privacy. Another tip for future guests at Plaza35 is to book an apartment with a view of the inner courtyard, rather than the city. While the city views may be tempting, they also come with a lot of noise from the traffic and street activities. In contrast, the courtyard might offer a welcome respite from the urban hustle. One aspect that I appreciated at Plaza35 was the complimentary welcome coffee. It was a nice touch that made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. However, I was disappointed that there was no condensed milk provided to go with it. As a coffee lover, I think the quality of the milk can make or break the coffee experience, so I hope Plaza35 can consider adding this option in the future.

Parking 40 lei / day when on street is 10 lei / day. Would have been nicer if it would have been closer to center.

Excellent apartment, very clean and properly furnished. The guy at the eception was extremely kind and helpful- wish he trained all hotel personnel i meet.

The apartment was very comfortable, nicely designed & equipped qith eveything you need. Location is a bit far from center, but within walking distance.

I didnt like the superior & persiflating attitude of the reception girl on checkin day. Also, they need to change the sensor light in the apartment hall. It turns on by itself at night. Also if one goes to the bathroom, it’s impossible not to wake the other with this light.

The hotel is a mistery to itself. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable plus the bathrooms are very well equipped same as the kitchen. We've booked one apartment (two rooms) and one simple room. They both had kitchen with Caffè and tea pluse microwave and fridge. Staff was very helpful, even when we lost our keys at night time. A big plus is their private parking space which is easily accessible.

I had some problems while we were checking in with the rooms and the way booking.com reserve them in their system. One of the things that disappointed me was that I paid for the apartment with balcony and we ended up with one without the balcony. Anyways we had a good view of the city.
