Water of the shower very cold. The toilets are broken.

This is one of those places where you don't want to leave. Very clean, daily housekeeping was great! There is a kettle, microwave and fridge for common use, which was very convenient. Baby cot. A large swimming pool, open 24 hours a day, also at night. Very easy communication via WhatsApp. The keys are in the box. Large parking lot. I recommend!

It would be great to have a small playground for children +-3 years old.

Everything was great. Quiet location close to different tourist attractions. The hotel staff was very welcoming!! Highly recommend.

People working in this hotel are super kind, welcoming and helpful. The beds are very comfortable, rooms - clean and spacious. The pool makes it a great place to stay. You need a car for an easy access to Vejer or the beautiful beaches in the surrounding, still the parking is free of charge. I’ll definitely be back once in the region ☺️

I put outside the door the signal don't disturb and they entered into the room when I clearly did not want them to get in

There was no soap to even wash your hands. Wrong keys and room given when they were put on the lock box. No notice given regarding reception closing at 6 PM when booking room. Walls as thin as cardboard, had to stand couple next door talking loud most of the night. Will never visit it use this hotel. Very negative experience.

We spent only one night in this hotel and honestly, we regretted we couldn't stay longer because the room and the place were amazing! The room was big, clean, well decorated and quiet. We had our own terasse and that was great! The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool where you can rest and chill. It's such a pity we couldn't enjoy it, because we had to leave early the following day. The staff is available, precise and nice. Definitely recommend!

Very nice hotel with a swimming pool. Most of the time we stayed in a room with a balcony, that was just superb. Private, with a nice view, really cozy and well equipped.

Nothing at all. Most terrible experience ever.

The hotel did not have water. We could not use toilet or shower or anything. When we tried to fix the problem nobody answered the phone, nobody was at reception and we were left with no safety or anyone to help. We were asked to do some maintenance staff work because they workers were leaving and did not finish the work. They asked us if we could lock the door and leave everything sealed after use as they had to go. When complained the day after, we were told that they could not do anything to fix the issue. On the phone, they excused themselves telling me that we could not talk to the responsible people of the hotel and they were just a company that work for the owner. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Unsafe and dirty.
