We loved the waterfront location, view from the window, waving at sailing boats. Room was spacious, very clean and the kitchenette had all basic equipment we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was of a good selection, coffee machine could have better quality beans, but overall very satisfying. Parking is very easy, a bit narrow access, but if dont come with a supercar or a Hummer, its perfect.

We loved the atmosphere of the place. It felt like staying at an old boat/rowing guest house and the location was great. Just across the little river and only steps away from the old town, but far enough away to not be surrounded by lots of tourists. Our room was much bigger than expected. Tip top.

Close to the center.

Cleanliness (dust behind the bed), smell (too strong fragrances in the shower), slippery shower (water drains poorly), no air conditioner, cigarette smoke from residents on the 1st floor partying through the open window.

Location perfect!, Breakfast excellent! Parking near the hotel. Room was good, WiFi good.

Cleaning can be better, sink in bathroom did not work good. Water stayed in the sink. Solved the problem myself.

Nice location. Breakfast was good. Parking in the Centre of city, but if you have big car, you must be also good driver to reach the parking.

Local restaurant does work. Broken and dangerous stairs. Some of lights do not work. In one of the rooms bath was located in middle of room 30 cm from the bed.

Really nice apartman. It is right next to the river, you can reach everything in few minutes walk. The streets are extremely narrow, so you have to be very careful with your car. The breakfast was just perfect. Basicly, it's a perfect place to stay in Cesky Krumlov.

There was initially confusion about our booking and as a result I believe we were upgraded from a double room to a family room . The decor was contemporary but with a lot of character. Breakfast was excellent . The location was very good -handy for town center but the approach down a narrow lane was a bit nerve wracking.

Location and on-site parking. 5 minute walk into the old town. Room was comfortable and rain shower was excellent.

Property is tired and needs maintenance. No blockout blinds on windows so sun streams in, in the morning. Blind is damaged in bathroom and can’t be closed when showering. Grout needs a good clean in bathroom, handheld shower is broken.

A very nice place to feel comfortable, with beautiful views all around. I recommend this place.

The hotel is great, much above 3 stars. We had apartment for six, it is big enough and there is a kitchen. Staff is exceptionally nice and helpful. The location is perfect,almost on the river, close to the center and city parkings. Breakfast was good.

Everything was amazing. It was a bit too hot in the apartment.

Rooms were beautiful, comfortable and clean.

Shower fitting was not fully functional, but still managed to wash OK. Nobody was available when we arrived to check-in, but managed to self-check-in over the phone. Reception was locked when we wanted to check out but a staff lady unlocked for us and reception lady was inside. We wanted to go see the city on check-out day but chose not to run the risk of leaving our bags at reception (in case they willingly approved, then we find the door locked when coming back). We left our baggage at tourist information office.
