Nice apartment, spacious and clean. Good location and very safe. The hosts were responsive and friendly. Hot water and good WiFi. Hair dryer!

The water pressure in the shower was very low but at least it was warm! Lots of noise from inside the building at 5am.

Nice location, super nice hosts! It didn‘t have a washing machine to use ourselves as marketed but the hosts were super nice and washed our clothes.

It was very loud in general and from 5 am a telephone started ringing non-stop. If you are a very deep sleeper, this might not bother you but for us it was impossible to sleep with the telephone in the background. Also, the Terrasse you see on the pictures online is only in one room, our windows were towards the staircase.

This place is amazing! The apartment itself is spacious with a full kitchen, super comfy bed, and Netflix. It’s right in Barranco so just a few minutes walk to restaurants and shops. And Janeth, Boris and family are so so so friendly and helpful. Janeth was super communicative on WhatsApp, got me a cab to and from the airport, and even sent me info for getting my needed covid test. Also, great patio upstairs!

Could be a little more water pressure in the shower.

Huge space, comfortable, clean, fast WiFi, avaliable equiped kitchen in apartment and nice terrace upstairs! Also hosts were very nice and helpful, let us left our luggage until we went to airport

It was a apartment in the basement without any windows, so air wasn't enough in the room

The experience was great. The whole family was really kind and attentive to everything. It was like staying with friends or family. Thank you.

Location was great

Room very noisy - sound from other guests and next door neighbours was intrusive in the apartment - there was no sound proofing/curtains etc.. Also there was a very strange pump system attachment for the air conditioning located on the wall inside the apartment which started up at random and was very noisy - and it didn´t seem top work very well as water leaked from the air conditioning down the wall and pooled on the floor. Towels were only changed every 2 to 3 days and at one stage we were only given one towel for two people. After requesting and being given (confirmed in writing) an early check in - when I arrived no one knew this, and the person who met me didn´t know who I was. To add to the confusion there is no signage for Barranco Wasi and there are 3 doors all located very closely next to each other. It is difficult to know where to enter. After much confusion I was asked to wait for two hours - during which time there was nowhere safe to store my luggage. The staircase leading to the apartments was very narrow and very difficult to take luggage up and down - dangerous in fact. The key and lock system provided to enter the building and apartment was difficult to use and sometimes it took 3 or 4 slow attempts to open the main door and then the door into the apartment.
