This place was amazing. We had a group of 4 adults who were just looking to bring in the new year disconnected from our cellphones and in a peacful environment. This home gave us just that. Entertainment, beautiful views, and peaceful atmosphere. We made dinner and breakfast, sat by the firepit, fished off the dock, walked through the neighborhood, played pool, board games, and caught up on some shows. The home was extremely inviting, and had everything you needed to function in peace. We're from the city,so being able to sit outside and see the stars was one of the highlights. I would highly recommend and definitely cant wait to come back and experience the Lake House in the summer.

This was an okay rental. It was advertised as having a grill and stove. The grill did not work, of which the owner informed me of just hours before we arrived. We had planned on grilling. We always book rentals with grills. I changed dinner plans for cooking on the stove. I was informed by the owner that the stove was slow to warm up and that cooking in the crockpot would be my best option. I asked did the stove work. The owner said yes. Saying the stove was slow to warm up is an understatement. It was a gas stove, and it would not even boil water. We brought pasta instead of what we were planning to grill. After 30 minutes of just trying to boil water for tea, we gave up. We had to eat out for dinner each night. It did manage to cook eggs and bacon for breakfast. This is really unacceptable that the stove would not work properly. On top of all this, the house had a terrible musty odor on arrival. This did dissipate some. Everything else was fine. I didn't even want to leave a review because the owners were nice, and I waited a few weeks to think about it, but people need to be know if basic appliances work as intended before paying for a rental.

Awesome cozy retreat! We loved the upgrades since our last stay! The large picture window looking out in the lake is a favorite spot, and moving the TV next to it was perfect! Enjoyed time on the dock, and on the screened porch during rain showers. We will be back again!

Great lake house!! I was looking for a convenient location on the lake for a weekend visit with my daughter (student in Milledgeville). We were not disappointed! Check-in/check-out was a breeze! The owner (Terri) was so wonderful and patient in answering all of my questions. We really enjoyed the layout of the house - open area for entertaining and separate area for television...and pool table, plus screened-in porch (and outside shower). The bedrooms were privately located in a little "wing" off of the main area. Kitchen was perfect, along with washer and dryer. Though we were there for a fall stay, I can also imagine LOTS of fun times for summer on the lake. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!!

The property was on a beautiful portion of the lake. Loved lounging on the dock. The home was comfortable and the pool table a nice touch.

We were looking for a cozy place on the lake for two, and this was perfect! Very roomy for a small group, and an awesome dock to swim and paddle board from! The Putnam County Dairy festival was a bonus!

We enjoyed our stay. This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this cabin. This time for our 40th wedding anniversary. Both times have been delightful. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the lake and the boats go by. We also enjoyed the pool table. It is a very comfortable, relaxing and peaceful place for a get away.

Have rented this house multiple times and as usual everything was excellent. Communications with Terri was great as usual. Will rent again in the future.

This home is a great place to get away and unwind. Very clean, beautifully decorated and the view of the lake is stunning. We love to cook, and the kitchen was well stocked. We did visit he lake off season so it was quiet and cold. The fire pit kept us warm. We enjoyed our time and highly recommend this home to others.

We had a great time at this lake house! The house is super cozy and has many places to relax and recharge. The checkin was super easy, the owners were very clear and asked us if everything was clear. Couches and beds were super comfortable and the whole place was super clean. We took our own food to cook in the kitchen and on the grill. The kitchen has more than enough pots and pans. The grill was awesome and the owners had a refill ready in case the propane went out. Had a beautiful night by the fire pit, very little light pollution and it was awesome to see so many stars. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a lake house getaway

We had an enjoyable stay. Everything was very clean and was equipped with anything needed. Would stay again.

Got to the home and the house smelled bad. There were spiderwebs and bugs throughout the house. The kitchen sink and tub were full of small black bugs. One of the beds had small black bugs. We made a special trip to the store for cleaning supplies, Lysol, scented candles, and incense. The fire place was full of old ashes. That we had to clean before using. There is only a poker utensil to work the wood in the fire place. Cleaning it out we had to be creative to avoid getting dirty. I left a message to the owner about having to clean the house upon arrival and I didn’t receive a response. We had to check out at 10am and rushed and left juice in the refrigerator and was charged for the incense smell which the housekeeper said was cigarette smoke and we are not smokers. She responded for that but it’s holidays and who knows what extra money they need.

We stayed for 3 days and had a blast! Great location and property is beautiful! Owner is super nice and easy to communicate with!

Wonderful , relaxing cottage with many specialized areas for activates: pool table, screened in porch, restful candles, Dish TV, table to play bridge, beautiful dark pine floors, many supplies in the kitchen with modern upgrades. The greatest part was the spectacular Dock. We caught five, 20 inch Blue Catfish off the dock with medium size minnows . Table, chairs Fan and refrigerator at the dock for drinks. Make a reservation. It doesn’t get any better than this!

We had a great time during our stay. The house had plenty of room and the location was great. We did have some issues with ants. They were in the kitchen and both our cars were infested with them. My daughter had to stop on the way home and wash and vacuum out her car there were so many. Sent a message to the owner when we left and she was very nice and said she would let other renters know. It really was a great time and we had so much fun!

My husband I stayed her for a much needed vacation! This house did not disappoint. It was the perfect size for 2 people and even 4 could stay comfortably. The floor plan is perfect for personal space and socializing. . When you enter the house and look to your right there is a picture perfect view. Then the screened in porch was another relaxing area and then the dock! We sat there and enjoyed the view and caught a few fish. For the kitchen set up, it is wonderful. The first house i ever stayed at that had a good sharp kitchen knife. The bed was very comfortable. The only problem we had is we just did not want to leave. RENT this property, you will not be sorry. This is our spot on Sinclair from now on.

Our stay was absolutely perfect!!! Drinking coffee on the dock in the mornings was so peaceful!!!! We enjoyed the outdoor space all weekend!!!! Such a special place!!!

Nice stay at nice property. Great fishing.

My husband and I celebrated our 40th Anniversary and we enjoyed ourselves at this property. We caught lots of fish from the dock and watched the boats go by. Very relaxing. The only downside is that there's only 1 bathroom and 1 TV. Also, there's a musty order but we lite candles and it went away.

Very clean and comfortable, well supplied, welcoming, and fun. Great Lake location; owner was very responsive and friendly. Tho the weather during our trip didn’t cooperate, the pool table provided endless entertainment! Will definitely consider booking this VRBO again.

Very peaceful house on the lake. It was a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city life of Atlanta. Everything was as advertised.
