Beautiful area. Clean apartment/condo. Kitchen was perfect, and I was able to cook. Dishwasher and plenty utensils. Shower has bottles on tile for soap and such. Murphy bed was cool and surprisingly comfortable. The balcony was a nice touch. Stayed mid September, and the temp was perfect for us. Opened screens early evening. Probably would be hot in warmer months during the day. Free laundry downstairs was great.

We stayed in Birch and it was very comfortable and not as noisy as some reviews have stated. There is no air conditioning but staying in September, that wasn't an issue. We will definitely stay again!

We were attending concert in Vail. Location was an easy short drive to Vail amphitheater. Stayed in a studio unit and it was a great value for the price.

Easy to find location. The accommodations were great and had everything we could need for a one night stay.

The actual unit was decent and as advertised, however the “resort” was a disappointment. When we first showed up, we were so excited, the resort looked nice and they even had an activity calendar. However, the pool was closed which was very disappointing and we were never notified ahead of time (pool has been closed for months). They did put in effort and said guests could use a rec center pool in Avon for free but it’s not the same when you have two young children under 5 that you have to load up in the car and pack all the swim gear and drive. We were excited to try the free donuts in the morning, they were already gone 20 minutes after the scheduled time and the coffee was also out. The sheets for the sofa bed didn’t fit. Housekeeping leaves trash in the hallways for hours, it really smells. Front desk staff was very nice and responsive but Housekeeping takes forever for any request and will call your room in the morning to see if you’re still in there before check out time. We ran into a few other guests and they experienced similar issues. It’s just a badly run resort.

What an amazing place to spend in Vail. The location was fantastic and the unit outstanding. We had lots of fun and would definitely stay again!

Was a very clean and comfortable studio with a Murphy bed & pull out couch. Nice building and facilities. Close to bus stop to get into town, or the property has a shuttle. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Really nice place, we hope to be back!

Great spot just minutes from Vail Village

Every year I attend the Vail Concours and this is my go to location to stay. Always a pleasure to return to familiar accommodations...

The condo was very clean and functional. Very well stocked for an extended stay. The Murphy bed was comfortable. Nice balcony that is facing a hill but made it very private feeling. The resort has a shuttle that you can take into the shopping and restaurant area. Only stayed one night so didn't get to use other amenities. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Beds (including the sofa pull out) are very comfortable. It 's small but kinda feels like a slumber party. :-) Very clean including the lobby and halls. Smells fresh. I'd definitely book here again. Main thing.... AFFORDABLE in a very expensive town.

For the price, this property really exceeds expectations. Already booked it again for next year!

This worked for one night for extra family members in early June. However, they had trouble sleeping. We knew there was no A/C, but the room was too warm. It's small with only a small window for ventilation. The gas fireplace pilot light also added to the warmth and stuffiness.

The property was perfect and exactly as expected. The location was excellent in a quiet part of Vail, but walking distance to a great breakfast place.

We spent a week here and had a great time, property and condo were very clean and staff very friendly, we did some cooking and everything we needed was there. We will be back!

Overall the experience went well. Good clean remodeled condo with a balcony and fireplace. Murphy bed was more comfortable than expected. Only complaint was the lack of air conditioning in the room. However, with the provided fans it was not much of a problem during our September stay.

Sleeps 4 is a reach. Technically, it does. Fortunately two of our party of four couldn’t make it, so we had enough room. There were Forrest fires in the area and I-70 was closed (half group couldn’t make it) but we were given no grace when we tried to reschedule. The property is nice. VRBO’s lack of understanding was not.

Great communication and a great space. Easy check in and the room was great. Private patio to enjoy along with the clean spacious well appointed room. Highly recommend.
