La ubicación y la terraza
La forma de coger las llaves, no me quedó claro en las instrucciones y tuve que llamar al teléfono de urgencia.

Detailed communication before the rent. Flexibility with the keys collection. Apartment was fully equipped and clean. Great view from the terrace.

The location is absolutely perfect. Virtually on the beach. The view of the sun rising over the sea from our bed was breath taking!
The kitchen was very well equipped.
Everything was spotlessly clean.
We stayed for Christmas and New Year, on new year's eve, a bottle of fizz was left out for us. A very nice gesture.

Contact-free key collection outside reception working hours. Suprisingly comfortable beds. Window view and sunrises every morning. Apartment is located at 6th floor (this info is missing in general room description during booking process). Two elevators (a bit tiny tough). Well equiped kitchen. Washing machine.
No bathroom ventilation. Poor sound isolation - easy to hear neighbours talking, using toilet etc. No hairdryer, but fortunately we got one after asking at the "reception" (which is located in other building). Sofa needs replacement.

Almost everything was excellent. Too many good things to say.
Slight smell of smoke in the air. The sofa was a bit broken and uncomfortable. There was no hand soap.

Block 4 had a tangential sea view but was mainly facing block of flats opposite
