Staff I met were courteous and friendly
The apartment/self catering and bed were in the same room..... bed fine, other furniture very outdated. Room layout very disappointing and not conducive to relaxing. Balcony small and not a place to relax. I would not spend a holiday here - I think the hotel is more suited to normal hotel accomodation with full board or BnB and not apartment type set up. If you just want a room to sleep and not to relax in then this is fine - not for relaxing and leaving in the apartment. Did not use the card system for buying food / drink which was added automatically to you room. They don't take payment at the bar ??? It would appear that the hotel is more suited to accomodating coach tour guests.

I got a room on highest floor as requested in my booking.
Even got a room with balcony which was biggest surprise!
The door of my hotelroom didn't connect entirely to the frame so you could peep into my room or I could see people in rhe hallway. The door of the shower cabin was a bit wobly. So needed some special way of opening and closing. Also I was surprised that when I checked in I had to pay rhe Bill immediately.

Very close to the beach, surrounded by fancy restaurants.
Not so far from old town center.
Pool is quite large with enough sunbeds and umbrellas.
Very helpfull staff.
Hotel is approx. 35 years old, still in good condition, with some exceptions.
Old aircondition on our room almost does not working at all and on higher fan males scratchy and noisy sounds.
No glass cups on room.

The location was a 20 min walk from the old town along the promenade …the pool temperature was lovely ,warm and clean the apartment was very clean .. the location seemed very safe
The Hotel was a bit dated and the staff in general were lovely friendly and helpful with one exception the lady that worked in the pool bar/shop was a thundering cow with serious attitude.

Pool area was nice
Everytime I put the air conditioning on, the ceiling started leaking and the floor would just be soaking wet. Quite uncomfortable at night

Staff are super friendly and helpful, location excellent just a short walk to the old town and restaurants cafes and beaches very close.
The apartment was equipped with fridge and a freezer drawer, hob, air conditioning, pots
Pans and espresso cooker, great facilities for a long stay or a family. Easy parking on the street outside.
the only thing that brings down the score slightly is that we were there two weeks. Housekeeping changed towels and sheets and empty bins often but not once did they sweep the floors or clean the bathroom, it’s probably a routine that needs to be looked at when staying so long.

- this hotel has not seen 4 stars from space, 3 stars would be very generous
- outdated, needs refurbishment
- family room without balcony
- no dryer in the room, we had to use one on the outdoor stairs
- mandatory use of swimming caps in the pool and they of course charge you for it
- the worst coffee in the world from the coffee machines, you can order normal coffee from the waiters but nobody told us about it and we realized it 2 days before leaving
- breakfast very basic and every day the same
- absolutely no vegetables for the breakfast
- dinners ok but fairly small, sometimes we had to buy extra food outside of the hotel
- salad for dinner only twice in 8 days
- beach close to the hotel very dirty, we had to use beach bus every day
- every morning before 7am trucks are unloaded on the street so forget about nice sleep
