We loved how big the house was and we were so happy that every room had its own bathroom. The hot tub on the back patio is huge and we also enjoyed using the resort pool. The host left us ingredients for s’mores which was awesome and so nice of her. The only wishes we had was that we could turn the AC up (house was a little hot) and we couldn’t wear shoes in the house but our socks would get dirty making us think the floors were not super clean. However, we had a great stay and we loved how close it was to Tuacahn.

We loved having our family reunion of 22 at this home. It was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pools and games at the house and of course tbe fun spa on the property. Tara was so easy to work with and so responsive to any needs we had. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for such an amazing time!

Beautiful home, loved all of the bedrooms, bathrooms and bunkbed room. We loved having the option between the two pools, playing pickleball, and games around the fire pit in the evening. Owner was immediately available for questions. Home is beautifully decorated and fully stocked for all of your needs.

After receiving all the rules for the house (there were many) from the property manager, our group was expecting we were going to be staying in pure luxury. The rules definitely increased expectations. The house was absolutely gross. The carpets were disgusting! My kids' brand new white socks are now black on the bottom. We found 2 live cockroaches in the house; one in the kitchen sink, and one on the floor and a few dead ones around the house. The kitchen counters were not clean (i.e. dried food on the countertops and backsplash). The description of the property says NEW, this is anything but NEW. We still had a great time, but this property needs a definite deep clean. The layout of the house was great and the bunk room was a blast for all the cousins.

We were 25 people and and it never felt crowded. The house is spacious, awesome layout and the pools are so much fun. Tera is a great host. It will be hard to top this vacation anywhere else.

Great Venue for Family Reunion
Perfect for our family. Parents all got a bedroom and grandkids loved staying together in the bunk room. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool and water park were a blast as were the pickle ball courts and the ping pong table. Fun hikes in close proximity. We had a blast with the variety of things to do.

Fantastic Vacation Rental
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We swam, played baseball on the nearby fields, spent time in the hot tub and enjoyed hiking at a nearby state park.

Great Location for Big Groups!
We stayed here for a girls retreat and it was perfect for a large group! We loved the big kitchen table and large gathering areas. Tera was very responsive and great to communicate with. I would stay here again!

Great home for a large family!
The home was big enough for our whole family. The children loved the video room and their bunk room. We could feel separate, but still close. The kitchen area had all the necessities and room enough for the whole family to sit together.

Great place for family get together!
This was a great property that made our stay in the area so nice. We were able to spend time at the home comfortably with our large family, and also used it as a launching area for some of the fun local attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

The Best!!
This property was fantastic. Big and beautiful and so clean! Everything was so well thought out, they even had ikea plates and utensils for the kids. Who thinks of that?! The kids LOVED the bunk room and there were so many rooms and beds to spread out on. There was plenty of seating and space for our large group to sit and hang out together and even eat together. A table that seats like 20 plus two living room areas where we all had a spot on a couch! The owner was easy to contact and work with. She even sent some suggestions beforehand of different places we could go with the different aged kids we were bringing. We hope to stay here again in the future!

I wish we could buy this place!
We have a huge family and have never really found a place that would fit us all comfortably, but this changed all of that. The living space was open and huge, and there were enough bedrooms and bathrooms, along with an area upstairs for kids and games and movies. We will definitely be reserving this place again.

We have stayed in paradise village nearly a dozen times. It’s an amazing neighborhood..the double pool
Options are a huge bonus. This house was especially great and housed our family perfectly. Very clean, large living spaces and rooms, and great location!

Great home and location!
We had a wonderful time for our family reunion! The house was great and loved all the master suites and the bunk room for all the cousins! The waterpark was a hit with the kids and we had a great time each evening around the fire pit at the house. The hosts were very responsive and went over and above to accommodate us!

Great spot! Close to bike trails, parks, hiking. Good swim spa at the house, fun swim complex in the development. Manager is very responsive and helpful. Perfect vacation place!

Fun place if you have kids who love water slides
Our VRBO was perfect for our seventeen family members. We could have slept more guests easily. We had 7 children who loved the water park. Everyone enjoyed having their own bedroom and bath and we watched a great football game on the big screen in the projector room.

Great family home in Santa Clara
This home was perfect for our multi-family getaway. The hosts were terrific and worked affirmatively to make sure everything was in order and that we had what we needed. The house was well-furnished with plenty of room for our families. Kids loved the bunk room that allowed the cousins to stay together. the hosts even brought us pickle ball equipment so we could play. Pool areas (lazy river and slides!) were great for our kids in the hot August sun. And the extra large hot tub was a perfect end to our adventurous days in southern UT. Would love to go back!

Overall everything was very nice! We love this area - and this house was very nice, and fit our family of 25 perfectly - the mattresses seem to make quite a bit of noise when you move - but other than that - everything was A+. Would definitely stay here again...

Great house for big families!
We had a great time with our family at this beautiful home! With each bedroom having its own bathroom, it’s perfect for big families! We used the kitchen for family meals, and spent lots of time at the pool which is a quick 2 minute walk away. Lots of awesome memories made! Would definitely stay there again!

The place was very nice, and central to lots of outdoor activities. The kids loved the waterpark (adults too!). It was fun to come back from an activity & be able to relax at the house, and cool off at the waterpark. Tera was very responsive & easy to work with

Planning our next stay!
This house is absolutely beautiful and feels like home. The discussion of staying again was started before we even left. I could have stayed for several days more with the two pools, hot tub, theater room, arcade games and the gorgeous outdoors there was always something to do. Thanks Tera for being a wonderful host!

So Fun!!
We had such a great time at our stay in Santa Clara. Everything at the house was wonderful and we had so much fun swimming, volleyball, pickelball, riding the bike trail, and enjoying the hot tub and roasting marshmellows. It was so fun!!!
