My husband and I LOVE this cabin. We’ve been here twice and it’s never a dull moment. The cabin owners are so sweet and helped us with a little hiccup we had the first night. They IMMEDIATELY answered and offered alternatives. They’re super supportive, the cabin is so clean and so cute! We definitely will be back!

This was the perfect getaway spot for a peaceful, relaxing week. Lake is steps from the house with views from the enclosed porch and the deck.
Cozy and comfortable. Excellent communication with the host.
Firepit in the yard was nice for chilly early May weather. We definitely hope to go back.

Every essential needed was available for our stay. The cabin is cozy and nestled in nature. We enjoyed the lake view from the sunroom, feeding the deer as they passed by, and the tranquility of the area. Looking forward to revisiting. Thank you for sharing your home.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. The setup is great. We enjoyed the fire pit for hours and hours. We had deer right outside the window.

I am post this for my husband. He and a friend are trappers and used the cabin as a weekend trapping getaway. He said the cabin was as described and cozy. The location was perfect for what they were looking for and close to alp locations they were looking to trap. It had everything they were looking for and would stay there again. Thank you!

As soon as I opened the door there was a distinct odor. I thought maybe because of being closed up and not sure when last time guests were there.
The odor seemed lined coming from bathroom register, liked something is dead in there.
At night all you heard were critters running around in the ceiling above bedrooms.

We had 4 adults so did not need the loft. It was further from the lake than expected and it was difficult getting across the rocks to get into the lake. Otherwise, the neighborhood was beautiful and the people friendly.

Pay attention to details
I read the details surrounding the property, but never realized how much trouble it would be to take our trash with us. There is no trash pickup for this property. Also, each individual renter is responsible for cleaning for the next renter. That kind of made us leery as to whether the sheets had been washed, how long the towels had been above the door since the last wash. I would take my own the next time. The cabin is nice and the lake at the bottom of the hill is nice. The cabin could use a deep clean and furniture is getting run down. But it is a quiet neighborhood with lots of deer walking around.

First off I want to praise the owners. Our problem was not with the cabin but other circumstances beyond their control. Boating on the lake seemed to be impossible so we left early

Amazing trip! 10/10 recommend !
This was an amazing weekend getaway to the pocono region with family! Great location right next to the lake, literally a 1 minute walk from the property. Great food spots within a 5-15 minute drive. Plenty of ski reports within a 40min - 1.5 hr drive. Shout out to Kathy/Kathleen, the owner who was always quick to respond to questions. Book the trip and make some memories!

Cozy Cabin on the Lake.
My family and I were very pleased with the cabin and the location. It was a very short walk to the shore of the lake and a quick drive to the supermarket. The cabin had everything you need to prepare your own meals. I would recommend as a place to stay for friends and family.

Cozy, clean cabin.
The cabin was clean upon arrival. The kitchen provided all we needed to cook a meal. Check in was easy. The location was beautiful. We enjoyed the lake and surrounding areas for hikes.
In all fairness, the cabin appeared to have some water damage in the bathroom and possibly the loft ceiling. As another guest previously stated, the couch was a bit old and worn. Lastly, while I greatly appreciated the cleanliness of the cabin, the smell of the household cleaners lasted throughout our short stay. The use of natural cleaners in a small space may be preferable.
Overall, the cabin and its location served us well for our purpose.

Absolutely Perfect
The cabin was very cozy and comfortable. Everything was great and the lake was just a short walk from the cabin. I have to say the shower was great too! I am definitely going to inquire about staying again in the Spring! Next time I’m going to bring my family with me so they can enjoy it!!

Nice small cabin close to lake
Cabin was exactly what we expected. Small yard but we weren’t there to hang out in the yard. Close to lake. Quiet area, maybe due to the time of year. Would stay again for the price.

3rd stay and always great
This was the most memorable of all our stays. Aside from being a great place to stay, my wife and I found out we are going to be grandparents. Makes the stay all that much better.
