Excellent time with family

Very nice, well-provided 2-bedroom condo close to a substantial pool and a sandy beach by the ocean. Walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. Recommended

The location of the stay was perfect. We loved spending time in the cove and it was always easy to get a chair right on the water.

Excellent stay at Sunset Cove! Location was perfect for us. Steps to the beach and pool. A good mix of people from couples to families and of all ages. Unit was clean and comfortable. Definitely hope to return in the future.

So we arrived about an hour early and nonissue just getting into the condo with a door code preset to the last 4 digits of my phone so easy to remember. Unit was clean and well provisioned with beach towels, sand toys, everything for basic cooking, ect. We dropped our stuff and headed to the beach. As this beach area was sheltered, it was perfect for our 7 YO. We had a rented a car so easy to get around the island. Even without we were in easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, ect. The pool was better than most with a separate play area for infants. On the opposite end was a swim up bar that was not crowded, in part since Margharitaville went out of business. The host Michele was fantastic!! Very helpful and quick to respond to our basic questions. Since there wasn’t a back to back guest after us, she allowed us to checkout much later than normal which was perfect since we had a later flight at 5:00. Overall, for only being there 4 days, our experience was really wonderful. We would come back here versus our usual stays, from now on.

We had a wonderful vacation with our family of five. The condo had everything we needed including plenty of towels, laundry detergent, and dish soap. The kids absolutely loved the pool and the beach. We did not rent a car and were able to walk or take the bus wherever we needed. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful.

Highly recommended!!! This lovely two-bedroom, ground floor unit has everything a couple, two couples (our group), or a small family might wish for on a Grand Cayman beach stay. It’s just a 30-second stroll to the sandy beach, which is protected by arching sea walls. Snorkeling off the beach is excellent. There are water toys aplenty, not to mention a plethora of beach chairs. The pretty pool has an adjacent bar. Inside the unit, the two large, cheerful bedrooms have VERY comfortable beds. The bright king bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with an especially refreshing shower. The second bedroom sports both a queen and a double bed. Its adjacent bathroom with tub-shower is also accessible from the main living area. And what an area that is! There are two delightfully-comfy, sink-in recliner chairs, two sofas, a plethora of games and books, and a large flat-screen TV. The large glass table in the adjacent dining serves was, for us, a great game-playing venue. Edged by a handy bar-height counter for meals, the fully equipped kitchen can accommodate any level of aspirational cooking, from quick snacks to gourmet meals with wine. The really excellent WiFi works throughout the unit, as does the air conditioning. There is plenty of free parking. Best of all, this stay is blessed with an exceptionally helpful and responsive manage rwhose proactive communication made our visit simple and safe. This is a seriously-great stay. We’ll be back!

Steps from the condo to a pristine white sandy beach. The unit was fully equipped with anything you could imagine needing. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful with recommendations etc.

We had the most wonderful time visiting Grand Cayman and staying in this terrific condo. It was exactly as advertised, simply terrific. The condo was well equipped, the location was great, the beach was literally just steps from the condo. The hosts go out of their way to make sure that you have everything that you need to enjoy your stay. Multiple restaurants were very close (walking distance) and ALL were wonderful. We particularly enjoyed Pepper's and Tillie's, but as the locals would say, it is hard to get a bad meal on this island it would seem. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. It was that fantastic!!!

Great accommodations. I would recommend providing bath/shower soap. So great to meet you personally when checking in. Appreciated all the recommendations.

Our host Michele was very accommodating and accessible. we had difficulty locating the resort and she stayed on the phone with us while directing us back to her unit. Unit was clean, spacious, and very well appointed. Plenty of nice cookware. Beautiful pool and beach. nice snorkeling right from shore. nice restaurants within walking distance. good location for couples or families.

Owner was kind, the home was clean and in a great location. (We do wish there was more than a roll of toilet paper).

My family and I had the best time at Michele’s condo. It was perfectly located, close to the beach, pool, bars and restaurants. The swim up pool bar was a huge plus and the cove was a wonderful place to relax and swim. She was quick to respond to all of our needs. When I come back to the island I would definitely stay here again!

We loved this condo and location. The pool and beach were amazing and they were not busy like nearby hotels on seven mile beach. Just past the cove there is snorkeling that our kids loved swimming in the mornings. It was walkable to several good restaurants.

The condo is lovely. Michelle is an amazing host who was incredibly responsive and friendly. She had great recommendations for the area. The location can't be beat. The condo is well appointed and had everything we needed. We hope to be back next year!

Great Location on Seven Mile Beach. The private beach, pool, and swim up bar were perfect.

Stayed 5 nights in Feb. This property has everything ..... one minute walk to pool and beautiful cove with small beach, some snorkeling in calm water and an awesome place to relax and watch the sunset. The property is clean, very well equipped and in excellent condition. Michelle checked us in and gave us all the info we needed for a very relaxing stay. Took a boat trip with Leslie and Slim and had a wonderful afternoon. Great location for walking to restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family had planned a trip to Cayman which was much anticipated. Sunset Cove had a wonderful beach and plenty of reef snorkeling potential. Location could not have been better. Close to restaurants and Caymana bay. Met owners at our arrival every aspect was just as advertised

We had the loveliest 5 days at Sunset Cove thanks to Michelle! She was responsive, quickly fixed an issue with the air conditioner, and keeps a lovely home. I would strongly recommend folks with family check out this place as the cove makes every day a beach day with calm waters for little ones. It is super close to the beach and pool. The food at the poolside bar and at restaurants within walking distance was excellent. We can’t wait to go back!

The only thing this place it did not have was ocean view. You can sleep with doors open screens closed to hear the waves as you sleep and relax. This place was very clean and comfortable. Very well stocked for items you may need from kitchen to games Would definitely recommend to my friends .

The condo and location exceeded our expectations. Our family of 6 adults had a spectacular vacation. We were steps away from the best beach on Seven Mile. The rock wall made the water in the cove calm and peaceful and enjoyable for all ages. Free use of paddle boards, kayaks and great snorkeling right out of the cove. There were always umbrellas and chairs available. The condo was really comfortable and had everything we needed to cook some dinners and grills were available to BBQ. Michele provided us with excellent recommendations for scuba diving and restaurants. Shopping and dining are all within walking distance. Walked everywhere and felt extremely safe. Easy, uncomplicated rental process, quick to respond / excellent communication with Michele. Highly recommend this condo and location. We hope to come back soon!

Sunset Cove 105 was the perfect spot for our holiday family vacation. The condo has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and entertainment for rainy days. The complex itself was extremely well maintained with a great pool and beach area. We swam, snorkeled and went kayaking almost everyday. The location is ideal with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Our favourites were Peppers, Xq’s & Saltwater Grill. The New Years fireworks down at the beach was amazing! Michele was great to communicate with before and during our stay. Our boat excursion with Leslie and Slim was the highlight of our trip. We swam with the stingrays, learned all about the starfish at Starfish point and saw amazing sea life while snorkelling the reef. Book with the condo owner Leslie of Just Fishin’, you won’t be disappointed. Visiting Grand Cayman and staying at Sunset Cove is a must!

We had a great family vacation! This condo supplied everything we needed. The property has a private beach with a snorkeling cove, huge pool with swim up bar and restaurant. Free of use, paddle boards and kayaks. The condo itself was very clean and spacious. Michele the owner was very helpful and answered all our questions within minutes of emailing. She also gave us lots of recommendations and must dos.. sting ray excursion, bioluminescent excursion.. restaurants that were delicious and within walking distance .. Peppers, Tilles, Coconut Joes, XQs pizza. Also within walking distance shops and Camana Bay Area shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a fun trip and easily accessible to all the fun things Cayman Islands has to offer :)

This property met and exceeded everything we wanted and needed! Well stocked and appointed, ideally located on both the property grounds and on 7 mile beach, and the cove was perfect for swimming and wading with a toddler! Great seashell hunting too! Host was exceptional — really kind, provided lots of suggestions, and offered us a warm welcome. Highly recommend!

Nice condo and quick response from Michele over very small easily fixable things. Property is nice along with restaurant pool bar. Not a place for a long beach walk but easy 15 minute walk to the longer beach. Small beach swim area but protected and perfect for kids. Very nice stay. Tv has some sound issues but it truly wasn’t needed with the lovely outdoors.

This property is the best on the island. Best location, best beach, best pool and bar! Highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again.

Just left and already planning another visit back. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 and communication with the owner was great. Conveniently located, it made it a breeze to visit the port area, head further north to see the turtles, and head over to the east of the island. The kids loved the crystal caves and driving over to starfish beach where they are in ankle-deep water. The beach at the condo was perfect for the kids as well with the reduced waves from the barrier wall. And the swim-up bar drinks were just what was needed on a hot day. Fully stocked cookware made it easy to make breakfast to start the day, and a few dinners too. For those long days when we were just beat. The convenience of walking over to XQ's pizza for dinner. Where the pizza, burger, and salmon were all perfectly cooked. Or a few blocks up to Peppers Bar where the jerk chicken was so flavorful made dinners quick and easy. Will be recommending this location to our friends and book again ourselves.
