Breakfast was excellent. The service staff is attentive, courteous and friendly. The hotel had a restaurant, which saved me from taking care of the problem of lunch and dinner. Most importantly, everything was amazingly delicious. They have an amazing chef and wait staff. The restaurant had pleasant music and a beautiful interior.

On the first day, no one answered my messages, I was late getting to the hotel, due to a bus problem, and no one contacted me. I arrived tired and found the room dusty. I spent the whole night cleaning the hotel room because I'm allergic and couldn't sleep in the dust. There was also a safe in the room, but it didn't have a lock. All days I had documents in my bag, which was a big inconvenience for me.

Clean and great Location

Way too cold inside with AC blasting way too cold in breakfast room and check in the area. .

I was upgraded to a suite decorated by a well known Portuguese painter-sculptor.

The staff were great friendly people. They even upgraded our room, because we stayed 5 nights.

Location was in the city centre. We were in room 305, quiet and away from the street and had a view of the castle from our balcony. Comfortable beds. Both toilet and bidet. Breakfast was buffet and had wide range of options and was included in price. Both lunch and dinner available in the hotel restaurant, good quality and reasonable prices. Free underground secure parking onsite. Wi-Fi good.

Staff were attentive when you found one-felt like understaffing was the issue.
