I honestly could not fault this hotel from reception to the cleaning staff,the restaurant food is excellent lots of choice and served with a smile.The bit of entertainment while eating is a nice touch the male singer was excellent without being loud.I have to say it's our third stay and its better everytime.We will certainly be back before the end of year.

I can't say there anything,one thing if you go to Albufeira old town you will need a taxi home especially at night for the sake of 4e,there is alot of steps back up to hotel.

Very good location with amazing view to the ocean. And the rooms are cozy and clean, we wanted to stay for longer. Bathroom is clean and pleasant to stay in. Breakfasts in the restaurant of the hotel also nice. Both swimming pools and sauna are very convenient, perfect for a family vacation. I love our stay at your hotel.

No hot water I believe the boiler issue. reported to the staff but no action was taken. kind of difficult especially when you stay with small children

Apartment is spacious with sea view. Room rate was good in the winter. Easy parking on the road this time of the year. Well located, close to supermarkets and town.

Long wait to check-in, need to pay EUR5 per swimming hat per person to use the indoor swimming pool. I was also asked to pay additional EUR5 cash for deposit to use the swimming towel - what a joke! Other guests said that they didn't have to put down deposit to use the swimming towel, double standard. Certainly not treating guests equally. Lacking basic supply, like washing liquid, salt and pepper in the kitchen.

Apartment was great size, beds extremely comfortable, Aircon was brilliant. The breakfast every morning was fantastic, great choice and fresh.

You would have to be up very early 6.30am to 730am to get a sun bed by the pool they would all be reserved.

Breakfast was excellent. Our apartment was lovely and clean with sea views. Aldi and lidi was just 10 mins away. The down side was the 100 steps to and from old town. But hotel has a courtesy bus that runs every two hours to the bus station.

Breakfast was possibly the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever bad, Hotel was clean and tidy, facilities were modern and in a good state of repair hotel was reasonably quiet in the evenings which was nice

Need a swimming cap to use the indoor pool but not the outdoor pool People leaving towels on the sun loungers from very early in the morning but not using them until later in the afternoon

sofa bed should be a sofa bed not a sofa and a pull out. not overly comfortable. pool on the Atlântico side needs more sun beds and some little tables would be good.
