The area was a bit desolate at night.

Good value for money, great location with only short walk to city centre. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Price and spacious room. Concierge was very accommodating, they helped us book a taxi. Excellent service!

bathroom could have been in better shape. For some reason there was a towel on the shower floor?

The property is in a quiet area, easy walk into the centre of town. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful.

The bedroom was a very small ‘box’. Weather not hot, around 21 degrees, but the room was really hot and stuffy. No airflow at all even with window wide open. Bathroom in need of update, shower tray cracked.

Everything is OK. it's pretty close to train stations and centre of Lille if you go throw the park (with small rabbits :). Breakfast is OK

Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, there are loud renovations there at the moment which we were not told ahead of time.

Uncomfortable bed, no air conditioning, some mould in the shower tray, dirty staircase.

Staff were helpful and within walking distance of the centre and train station.

Room was tired and looked well used.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. We travlled as a large group, with people arriving late and complications in finding one of our party. Staff really helped out with this and were did everything they could to make it a great trip for all. Rooms were comofrtable, a good size and bathrooms worked very well. Hotel has a small and well-stocked lobby bar that's open fairly late. All the staff spoke excellent English. Although it's not right in the centre of Lille, it's a pleasant 10-15 walk away from most of what you need - nice park right beside you too. Looked at a few places in Lille and this was a really good value option.

Not value for money.

Booked for 2 nights recently for a concert at the Zenith Arena. Hotel was VERY close and was clean, comfortable and a good price!! Rooms had USB chargers, tea and coffee facilities and ample storage space. Beds were comfy with a choice of pillows.

My only criticism would be that there is no air conditioning in the room which made things a little uncomfortable....

Pretty clean. Free parking onsite which is secured.

The building is truly old and you can definitely see it once you enter the reception. The room was also old and not refurbished for a very long while.

The staff and location was great! The hotel itself was nothing special, but the worst thing was the noise from the elevator and the doors closing all night.

Handy to have the gated car park and tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Rooms and bathrooms were definitely in need of an update and beds were very hard. The main lobby had a drain smell which wasn’t very pleasant.
