Sehr unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter. Mit einer 0 Bock Einstellung. Wir haben ihn nach einer extra Decke gefragt. Seine Antwort gibts nicht.

Very close to airport and train station. Breakfast was good.

Rooms are quite small and nothing else around but very good for overnight stay.

Free airport shuttle doesn’t run after 11pm so we had to wait 45 min in a taxi line until 1am

Ants everywhere in the room

Close to the airport.

No curtain or drapes on the window. Had to use a towel. We chose the property because of the free airport shuttle only to be refused transportation because we had already checked in. We had a car and returned it to the airport We were told rudely to get a taxi.

Breakfast was Excellent We in at 12 midnight so straight to our room. Reception not good Room not good air conditioner poor toilet seat broken. So we were moved upstairs. Better.

Close to the airport, a hotel that offers a shuttle service. Rooms quite small, but clean. All you need for a stay near the airport to catch your early flight...

The ants - but that seems to be a problem on the ground floor.

I liked most of staff, I liked breakfast, pool, nearness to airport.

I disliked the young lady at reception, not a kind person, refused to give airport shuttle 23.10, which is understandable, but also didnt recconend any taxi, which I asked. She got mad, when I asked to be picked up from train station 1 km away from hotel. And she got even madder when I said I got free pick up once to train station.

Nice open reception area, nice big pool area with lounges, bed comfortable and a good size. Overall good value for money. Helpful staff. Regular shuttle to airport and the train station.

Rooms (double bed) are small & the pool surface needed a quick skim/clean.

Airport transfers not available early when we needed them so we had to book an expensive taxi despite it being very close to the airport. This is not stated on their website.

Hotel itself was fine, paid as requested after dinner and asked for an invoice which they sent by email. When checked saw they charged me twice for 2 breakfasts. Went straight back within 5 minutes but was told they couldn't give it back as they weren't allowed to issue card refunds. I asked for a cash refund and they said no I had to apply in writing for the refund to an email account. Considering it was their mistake they weren't at all helpful. They didn't reply to my email! After many attempts they finally replied and asked for my bank details to make a bank transfer. They then only paid less than half the money back and as yet have still not responded to my emails requesting why I wasn't repaid the overcharged amount in full. Disgraceful customer service
