The location was excellent. The staff welcome was so helpful.

The upholstery in our room was so worn that the were holes in the arms of the chair and another was down to the backing material.

A perfect place to stay if visiting Zurich. The room was very good and clean. The bathroom was very beautiful and clean. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was worth the money. Very good variety of food and drinks. The staff was very kind and helpful. Totally recommended.

Quite central , close to tram line and central station , lot of eating place around , Clean rooms and good size bathrooms

vey stuffy at night , no proper air conditioning , I had to request calling fan on two consecutive day but third night staff left cooling Pedestal fan so I could sleep last night comfortably. No English entertainment channel such as Netflix. people traveling outside of Europe no English Channel to watch news or sport or any movie or live TV . they should have a mini bar or fridge in room so that people c as n keep some wine or cold drinks

The hotel was loacted 20 mins walk from the train station. Staff were very friendly, hotel was spotless. Spacious room

No tea and coffee facilities in room As we booked through booking.com breakfast was not included and was 33CHF per person if we wanted to add it on but free if you book direct.

Central location, just behind the Opera House, and very cute, classic interior.

The hotel was centrally situated, especially for our visits to the opera and the art museum. The room was comfortable, breakfast excellent.

The space for the toilet was minimal, but functional. It was difficult to lower the room temperature without opening the window, and then the traffic noise was audible.

Nice location and staff. Clean room. Intimate. Ok breakfast.

Old facility, skewed floor, small "superior" double room. All in all, doble the price it should have been.
