Everything was perfect …amazing location near to everything through walking distance also the staff was supportive especially andrew at the reception …in addition to that the breakfast was amazing with nice variety also room was super clean and housekeeping organized the room on daily basis

Room was very small and air-condition was weak that kt was hot in December however it wasn't a real issue

The size of room

Location is perfect. Waking up looking the Caldera was priceless. Thomas (the owner) made my experience there a pleasure. Every morning prepared breakfast from scratch, and made me feel at home. After breakfast, he sat with me and help me to plan my days, giving me tips on where to go, and always nailed it. The sunset view from the rooftop it was incredible and without the crowed Oia. If you are going to Santorini, this is the place to stay, don't think it twice!! Got more than I expected.

Really good location, easy walk to the Acropolis, Syntagma Square and a host of local eateries on the door step so no shortage of food options. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good. Room was on the smaller side but adequate. Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Good size lounge area downstairs behind reception with free coffee/tea. Nice rooftop area with views (strangely no-one mentioned this on check-in but nice place to relax). Good wi-fi. Good value for money, would happily stay again.

Walls were a bit thin, didn't impact us in terms of sleeping etc. (as neighbouring rooms were quiet at night) but definitely something we noticed on occasions when guests returned during the day.

they didn’t have cattle in the room, for me it was a disadvantage.. I had to go to the bar for every hot water cup each time.

Great location, close to all major sights. Clean, spacious room with comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast with a wide array of choice. Would stay here again.

The elevator was outdated and the fridge was very small.

My room on the 5th floor faced the street, so no special view. Still quite nice though (see photos). Floor H, just above the entrance, serves a very good breakfast. Guests can compose it from olives, tomatoes, eggs, sausages or bacon, various sweet deserts (like a little rice pudding), Greek yoghurt, all kinds of cakes, melon and other fruit, little breads, etc. The orange juice, we have to be honest, is an orange lemonade. I loved the little balcony. It has a small table with two chairs that were great in the evening to cool down. The location in the center is great. The hotel is in walking distance of many sights. You can also easily get around by bus or metro too, e.g., directly to the airport twice per hour. The airco worked okay. I slept well because the bed was not too soft as is often the case. The bathroom is spacious enough with a shower that produces ample amounts of warm water. In Athens the tap water smells slightly like chlorine. Let’s call it cleansing :-) The friendly staff kept my luggage for me in a locked storage area so I could do some sightseeing after the checkout. There is always someone available, e.g., if you want to buy some water late at night. Very helpful and kind. My room was cleaned every day, and not too hastily. To get upstairs there is choice from a little elevator (especially usable outside of rush hour) and a staircase. Bottom line. Of course, things aren’t brand new, but if that doesn’t bother you (as it didn’t bother me) then this is a perfectly adequate hotel in an amazing location with a very good breakfast.

Coffee. Because I dislike the Nescafé instant solution (I know some love it but I don’t), I composed my coffee from Douwe Egberts coffee with warm milk. Not quite a cappuccino, but it did the trick.
