We had an awesome time in Vegas and it is 100% due to this VRBO! The spaciousness of the indoor and outdoor areas allowed us to get comfortable despite the heat and we could focus on enjoying our stay.

we stayed here for 10 days while we where getting married in Vegas. 4 adults 1 teenager and 1 child. The house was plenty big enough for us all. We travelled over from UK and pretty much everything was provided, Lots of spare towel, shampoo, conditioner, washing/cleaning supplies even condiments, hair dryers and straighteners! The pool was amazing for escaping the Vegas heat. The property is located on a quiet street close to many amenities and only 15 minuets from the strip. Mike was on hand for anything needed. Property was lovely and clean for our arrival too, if we are back in Vegas again we would definitely stay here or at another of mikes properties.

Came down to Vegas with my sister and our grandparents. The house was prettier in person. It was so nice to relax in the pool after a hot day of exploring Vegas and the surrounding areas. Mike was a wonderful host, communicate well with me, and make the whole arrival and departure process easy. The neighborhood was nice and quite and the house was located close to everything we wanted to do downtown. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the Vegas area.

We wished we could have stayed longer. Though this four bedroom home was more than enough space for the two of us, we loved having private accommodations, including a splendid pool and patio, away from the main Vegas Strip. Despite the heat we enjoyed mornings on the shaded patio. We had a rental car, though access to the Strip was easy via Uber and Taxis for under $20, and we avoided parking hassles. Finding this place was good fortune.

Home was very spacious & very well appointed. Anything you need is at this home! We have stayed at several vacation homes across the globe & this home by far is the best stocked home we've ever stayed in. The backyard was a true delight with the big pool & all of the lush tree's providing much needed shade in the Las Vegas heat.

It was a great place and location. About 12 minute drive to the Strip and easy drives to the National Parks. The recommendations for eating found in the arrival book were excellent, especially Nora’s.

Mike is an awesome host!! The home is well equipped with everything you would need kitchen wise as well as plenty of bedding & towels. He has an amazing list of suggestions which was very helpful. We loved the outdoor space especially my granddaughter. She preferred staying in the pool over all of the other attractions. We stay with Mike again.

The property is absolutely amazing. Spotless throughout, and our host Mike was never more than a phone call away, should we have ever needed him. The property itself is located in a quiet residential area, and is about a ten minute Uber ride from the major downtown hotels. I cannot recommend this property highly enough, especially for those seeking a quieter place to stay during their time in Vegas. Please be aware, this is not the place to stay if you are looking to party all night around the pool. The house has rules around when a "quiet time" must be observed, and this is out of respect for the fact that this is a residential neighborhood. I would absolutely rate this property as a 10 out of 10.

We absolutely loved this property. It has everything you need for a quiet getaway, but with easy access to the Strip (15-20 minute drive). The beds are super comfortable and the house is very nicely decorated. There are also a lot of good food options in the area. Mike was a great host! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for peace, quiet, and convenience!

The house is beautiful! It is spacious and warm. The living area was relaxing and we spent some time down there watching movies. The host is awesome, too. We checked in later than we had hoped for and he checked on us to make sure we made it there safely.
The house has literally anything you could ever need. Full sized washer and dryer. The master bedroom is HUGE. There's even a little sit down area with a massive mirror and it was perfect for getting ready for my wedding.

This was a great house in a safe lovely location minutes from the strip and a quick drive to nature and hiking. We enjoyed the fact that our family members all had their own bedrooms and the kitchen was set up for making large family meals. Beds were comfortable and the decorations in the home were homey and warm making a comfortable vibe.

We loved our stay in Las Vegas. The property looks just like the pictures and the descriptions were right on. The place was very clean and very well stocked with supplies and kitchen gadgets. Our host, Mike was a great communicator and always got right back to me with questions. The property was in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. We were able to drive and Uber easily. We would absolutely book again.

Awesome weekly rental! Location of property is great, outside amenities are awesome, cleanliness is good (carpets could use a deep cleaning yearly, feet got dirty everytine we walked on them), upstairs bedrooms got warm even when air conditioning was set at 73-74 ( noticed no air vent returns are in bedrooms for circulation).

We just enjoyed 5 days at this lovely home. It was perfect to enjoy the beautiful weather and still a short Uber to the strip or shopping.
It was well stocked with anything you would need for a great stay.
The backyard was our favorite spot for morning coffee and time in the sun.

Mike's home was amazing! Was perfectly located to be only a few minutes from everything we wanted to do in the city, and was a perfect home base for trips to the Grand Canyon and Zion. The pool and back patio area were the perfect oasis for relaxing the day away before heading out for some evening entertainment. 4 queen beds kept everybody in our family of 5 happy with no need to argue over who got which bed. House was completely stocked with everything you would ever need and then some! Will be our "go to" home for all future Vegas visits!

This accommodation leaves nothing to be desired. Fully equipped with a large pool and a whirlpool, we could regularly relax after exhausting Las Vagas visits and in the evening we could review the day while grilling. Our recommendation therefore: Again and again!

This house was so perfect for our group of 7. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and it is super clean. Large kitchen and two family gathering rooms. I can not over state how packed with amenities the home is. I've stayed at over 20 rentals and this one had EVERY THING you could ever need. Tons of spices, plenty of towels, hangers, sunscreen condiments..ect. i forgot my hair straightner..and sure enough, they had one. The pool is huge and clean. There are plenty of pool toys and floaters for everyone. They even had an air pump for our use. Very nice outdoor furniture and loungers. I just can't say enough about this property. Mike was very easy to work with and all rules were clear and helpful.

House was in the perfect location, fantastic size, loads of room for a family of 7. Mike the owner came to see if we had everything we needed and was very helpful. Uber was $15 -$20 to the Strip. Loads of restaurants and grocery stores near by. Had the best time. Will definitely stay again. Thanks Mike.

The house was decorated with a lot of unique pieces. My husband and I talked about how the house is set up very well for a group gathering. We counted out 7 different spots that different groups could gather and visit. It was a bit chilly when we were there, so we did not get to use the pool, but we did use the hot tub. When it was too chilly to sit in the back yard in the morning to have coffee. I found the front fenced in courtyard nice and warm to sit and enjoy the morning. Our host was always available when we had any questions or needed anything. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting the Las Vegas area.

Felt SO at home. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need to prepare meals, the pool and hot tub are clean and easy to use, outdoor space is perfect for lounging and dining, neighborhood was easy to get to from the strip, Red Rock Canyon or anywhere, really! The check in process and access was easy to manage and the communication with our host was just the best. Cannot say enough good things about this property!
