Location in Penneshaw is great just 100m from ferry terminal and across the road from water with great views. Dinner was great at the bistro, very tasty and very large portions generous with the squid and prawns.

we were in the older hotel room and the window didnt open so it was a bit stuffy. The bed was a little harder than what we are used to.

The price varied 1 friend payed alot less than us for exactly the same thing. Shower went from good to being burnt to being cold

We had a cabin which gave us plenty of room and good facilities. Location was handy to the couple of local restaurants and cafes.

Access to the guest laundry was limited owing to staff using it for washing and drying what appeared to be multiple cleaning cloths. It is important when travelling to have access to a laundry on site and it seems false advertising to say guest laundry available when staff use it!

property is like a rain forest retreat and tucked away in it is your very comfortable and clean accommodation, is right on the sea front and on the penguin walk if you get the right time of year. is a 2 minute walk off the ferry if you fancy leaving the car on the main land and many a walk to be had,,
