Ruime kamer, goede bedden.

De kamer rook muf en op loop afstand konden wij alleen bij een Mac eten. Het interieur zag er wat verwaarloosd uit.

Nectar points offered Online through Booking not honoured/known about by staff; partner booked in advance to join but dropped out last minute & I was offered free cancellation on reservation but when explained it was just me alone instead: no change/reduction in price?!? Asked but told at Reception that flat rate regardless of adult total per room?! Was quoted different few weeks before Online?! Noise from Generator outside all night so couldn't have window open overnight only as noise sensitive; curtains let in light V slightly at bottom by sill & am light sensitive! Only 1 sachet of caffeinated coffee: rest - de-caff!

Good location for exploring arundel and surrounding areas. The staff were great, really friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and had all we needed.

Clean, comfortable, nice polite staff

Room was a good size, bed was comfortable, tea and coffee facilities were good. The breakfast was good, with plenty of choice for cooked and continental options.

Lack of restaurant for an evening meal was a little disappointing, and being next to a service station with a busy McDonalds (which admittedly resolved my evening meal issue), made for a little noise during the night.
