Probably the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in.
Good food especially breakfast
Laundry service is supposed to be brought to the front desk before 9 AM.
I brought a bag at 8:56 exactly, and was told that the service had already picked up and left.
I didn't question it because I could tell they were not going to do anything to correct it.
Very disappointing.

whole hotel beautiful and sooo clean and well appointed.............super location.....
room was too small for me............fine for one nite or two..............but for longer stay room needs to be bigger, same for bathroom .ensuite........................no small fridge badly needed in 2023.........see manor west hotel tralee..............would like some cold water in room .....saw note to ring down for water, bit too much hassle..............??.................over all class hotel.........staff could be bit firendlier...........more hellos and morningmight be nice...............left without any receipt.....might come by email???..............................

the location is great. the reception staff are welcoming and attentive. the rooms are nicely appointed and well maintained.
my room had a Jacuzzi tub, which I suspect is rarely used. It was difficult to get in and out of. I suspect that most of your guest would prefer a shower, or at least a normal sized tub for ease of use.

Nice rooms and good location.
Breakfast was terrible. Drop off luggage was impossible. Long walk to some rooms. Off premise parking was close, but not great. Seems hair conditioner could be added considering the price of the hotel. Not the super friendly local staff that we experienced elsewhere in the country.

Location was great and easy to find. Beautiful interiors and lovely and clean. We loved the way breakfast operated as you choose and they bring it to you rather than a buffet.
pillows were to firm for my liking but that’s just personal preference.

Superb location downtown with restaurants and pubs on 2/10 minutes walking distance. Cheap parking also close-by. Excellent breakfast and quickly served by a very friendly and professional staff. Room comfortable but lacking a small fridge and no nice outside view. Clean bathroom but shower missing an agreeable an/or comfortable power.

The staff was exceptional and very helpful. The facility was also well-kept, very clean, and the beds and bed coverings were very comfortable. Additionally, the location was perfect and within a few minutes walk to restaurants, pubs, and live music. Lastly, the parking lot was easy, very close, and very inexpensive.
For the price paid for our triple, it would have improved the value if the hotel had included the breakfast. Secondly, it would have been beneficial to the hotel because we would most likely have spent more money in the restaurant rather than going out to other places for meals.

The hotel is beautiful and great location. Very clean .Staff at the desk should know answers regarding simple tourist questions. They were not helpful with answers regarding taking jaunting rides or simple stuff. Also nobody at the desk to check us out at 630 am. Never been to hotel especially decent size hotel with no reception. The porter was extremely nice but not his job to check is out. We wanted to split the bill and had questions. There were other guest annoyed that there was no receptionist.

We loved the location. It was very near to the shopping and restaurants. We loved the breakfast - excellent. We especially loved the wait staff. They have a good system. Service was great.

Sounds funny, but the coffee could be improved. Other hotels included cappuccino for breakfast. Here it was extra. Switched to tea. 😊

Very clean hotel, but needed to remind the staff about the service.
The main restaurant was excellent, food and the staff was amazing. Location in the town center, close everywhere but quite loud due to busy nights.
Breakfast menu looks amazing until you'll get your order. Portions were really small. Got only 2 pancakes for an adult.. Fruits from the can, tomatoes so hard that you couldn't chew it and the most horrible spinach. No scones available at 10am.

The central location was perfect. The hotel decor was nice but it was also beautifully decorated for Easter. Our room was huge and very nicely decorated. The room had three beds and a couch which was in front of a fireplace so it very easily could sleep a family of five.
There is no parking so you have to drive around in the busy city. Looking for a car park. It wasn’t bad, I think we walked two blocks with our luggage. I believe most rooms do not have air conditioning, but they provide a fan. It was relatively cool while we were there in the beginning of April, but not sure what it would be like if they had a heat wave.

perfect location and lovely hotel and staff
we upgraded our room. the window faced another wall of the hotel and in between was vent for the laundry. it was loud and was in use from very early morning until late at night. we did ask if there was another room available close to our friends but the only comparable room was right next to the one we were in and had the same noise issue. ..other than that everything was delightful.

It is central and oozes old world charm. So beautifully presented with Christmas decorations adding a beautiful touch.
No car parking or arrangement with a car park. we needed to keep feeding the meter in the public car park.

Amazing staff. We came in by train late at night and not only did Erica guide us via phone , but a wonderful gentleman came and found us andhelped us with our bags. Check in was extremely easy and our bags were in our room before us. The room was amazing and comfortable. The whole experience is definitely amazing
