Great location right next to the main road and 2 mins to the beach, only downfall was the air conditioning wasn’t cooler enough as no remote to set temperature, nice comfortable beds x

Shower curtain would have been helpful. Bathroom floor got very wet.
Balcony in full sun from late morning, no shade in very very hot weather.

Location location location, nice little place we really enjoyed our stay, our host Marina was very friendly and helpful
It worked for us, if you like a little more peace go for the mountain view room rather the street view, this not a really problem, as alykes isn't a noisy place

Sunrise Studios is very close to the beach (like 5 minutes from it)😊. The room is nice&clean, it has a balcony with a view to the beach & to the most important street in Alykes, where you can find many bars, restaurants, supermarkets, car rentals services, local trip agencies. A nice thing is that you can borrow books from the hole of the studio & you also have a fridge in the room and a little kitchen, if you want to prepare yourself something. The owner is very nice to you (don't hesitate to ask her for help). Alykes is a nice place, with nice people & an amazing beach! Wish you all have a great stay here!
Everything was nice and clean for me😊I couldn't wish for more. This is the perfect choice for someone who wants to spend all day out, enjoying the beach &the great weather and comes by night for a shower& a good sleep, maybe a coffee or a breakfast in the morning, on the balcony.

The bedroom is big, we were in 2 but there was also a third bed inside. We also have balcon with sea view! There was a small kitchen with fridge, toaster, kettle! The staff was very kind!

Nice location and the owners are super friendly! The rooms were cleaned.
Old and uncomfortable mattress, thin pillows, in the bathroom water had such a low pressure.

Fantastic location, I couldn’t of asked for better hosts.
The shower wasn’t very powerful. Everything else was lovely.

We loved our stay at this apartment! The room was very clean, well appointed and very cool. A lot of nice little touches like soap in the bathroom and air-conditioning. The owner was very friendly and helpful and also runs a cafe downstairs that is worth a visit. Lovely coffee and pastries (try the cheese pies!) and it was very well priced. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff was very nice, the rooms had a balcony and an AC. Very good location, just need to cross a street and you are at the beach.
Water pressure is not as good.

Apartments are in the best location, close to the beach and shops and restaurant. It is very clean accommodation and Marina is so nice host! The beach is beautiful with the warmest and the clearest water, where you can spend all days. If you come to Zakynthos for the nature and beach, this apartments is definitely one of the best in this area for its price and location. Highly recommended!
For me everything was just perfect! But if you are searching 3* and more stars accommodation go somewhere else. Equipment is basic, but absolutely enough if you visit Zakynthos for beaches and nature.
