Loved the location of the property and that breakfast was included.

There were not all toiletries that I was expecting and had to go buy my own (conditioner, body cream, toothbrush/toothpaste). The tub/shower should have a curtain in order to make sure no water splashes in the floor…was uncomfortable to shower because concerned that water would spill on the floor. Some hours during the day there was a very bad odor in the room …not sure if there’s a drainage issue.

The location is magnificent. We loved being just metres from the beach and lots of restaurants. Scilla has been a standout destination and we really got to enjoy all that it offers while staying here.

The room was uncomfortably hot when we arrived, there was lack of communication from staff about air conditioning and other things such as breakfast times. Staff were generally really nice but didn’t communicate properly with us.

Good coffee and breakfast. Spacious rooms. We stayed on two separate nights, two weeks apart. When we arrived the first time, the woman on reception was exceptionally helpful in getting our parking issue sorted out and told the local police in no uncertain terms to push off! On arrival for our second visit, the young guy on reception was also extremely kind and even came out to carry some of our bags inside despite me saying it wasn't necessary. We appreciated the hotel so much the first time, we returned. Says it all.

Staff attitude variable - really depended on who was at the desk

Location was great. The room was lovely. Loved sitting on the balcony. Staff were very helpful

There was an issue with the water as it was not warm, but this was rectified after we asked the staff although it took about two hours for them to come to the room! Also in the morning, the scrambled egg was cold and had to be reheated by microwave.

Fantastic location in a beautiful town. Clean and well appointed. Friendly staff, good breakfast.

We found the bed hard.

The staff is the best, both guys at the reception area helpful and nice, the cleaning person just grabbed our luggage and help bringing it down, incredible ppl. The room wasn’t the biggest but we actually had 2 rooms, maybe it was not Marriott but there is no Marriott there anyways, everything about this hotel was surprisingly good
