This is not an all inclusive resort. We had a small kitchen in the room and purchased food at a local market for breakfast and lunch. We did have several suppers at the restaurant. Food and service was great on a covered patio setting beside the ocean. There was entertainment several days to provide a taste of local music. The public transit system is very affordable, not to mention very interesting.

The location was OK but if you had to walk anywhere, the streets are narrow. Many areas had no sidewalks and the traffic moves very quickly. Look several times in both directions before crossing the road.

Cute beach hotel in Oistins. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the hotel, and it's a great location for beach/city/Oistins Fish Market. Neighborhood is nice, and we had no problems walking around day or night. The room was big,bright, nicely decorated, comfortable, and very clean. We had our balcony and great space for our suitcases. The reception desk was friendly and nice, especially the girl named Nikita, who helped us to book the hair dresser and everything else. It's good to mention that they have washing and drying facilities , and washing is free of charge. Balcony is equipped with a cloth rack, and it was very useful after 7 days of cruising. We loved the restaurant and the staff there. They also have great offers on food and drinks and they were so helpful and kind.

nice pool & outdoor spa. the staff is very accommodating and friendly. they helped us with all our requests and were very professional, until it came to the restaurant. the manager was great, the bar staff polite, but there were two servers who showed no interest in helping you and even acted bothered at serving you to the point of rudeness.

right on the beach with good access to the water and beautiful views of the ocean. there was nothing in walking distance to do other than the hotel bar and restaurant. we were in the older part of the hotel. the bathroom was remodeled but the room was not. older refrigerator, but very cold, piled with dishes. air conditioning in the room was superb. the TV had good selection of stations and work well for a while then went fuzzy not sure if the hotel had control of that.

it’s a beautiful hotel most of the long standing staff are very friendly our cleaner was just beautiful, kind a joy to have around as was the gift shop lady she was just an inspiration the location is good , the rooms are comfortable and clean and attended to

Unfortunately the Restaurant let it down this time ( we have stayed twice before) the food was at the very best mediocre and expensive for what we had New Year, on more than one occasion we were ignored and waited 1.5 hours for a lunch sandwich and chips at one point, sadly this was disappointing for us as it was a lovely setting , clearly there were some issues at the time , this made us very sad , the long term staff made it better for us by repairing the damage , and we are grateful to them

We love the location, it’s easy for public transport, the staff are kind and it’s a relaxed environment. we found the food very nice, lunch was simple and tasty and the evening meals were very nice with a good variety of themes/different menus. We really appreciated house keeping, they cleaned and changed linen daily and we’re such pleasant ladies! Overall we highly recommend Butterfly.

There was a light banging noise every minute or so through the night in our room, I presume some machinery or air con below us, it wasn’t disruptive generally just in the night it was a bit annoying.
