We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pikes Peak property. It was clean and had a very unique layout. We were attending a family wedding at Garden of the Gods and found the location to be perfect to explore in the down times around the wedding events. We will stay here again when traveling through the area.

We all loved the house. It was perfect for 5 adults and 1 child. Master bedroom and bath were spacious. Child loved the jacuzzi tub. Location was great for all attractions and loved walking a couple of blocks for food, ice cream and chocolates!!

Loved our stay and the convenience of being within walking distance to great food and shopping!

Property was great and had plenty of space for our family. We had everything we needed. Only downside was no TVs in the bedrooms - only one in living area - and SO many stairs. We experienced a partial power outage during our stay and received prompt attention from Ivan. We enjoyed being close to Manitou Springs, Pike’s Peak, Olympic Museum and lots of great restaurants. Lots of homeless in the area prevented us from walking around very much in the immediate area.

Clean and well stocked with items we needed for our weeks stay. The unit was a nice size for our family. 3 adults and 2 teens.

This property is located in a wonderful place, being able to walk right down to local restaurants and shops made things super easy. Short drive to Garden of the Gods and only 20 minutes to USAFA (we travel to Colorado Springs to visit our USAFA Cadet) The home is spacious and unique, the only downfall is that there are not televisions in the bedrooms and when visiting a USAFA Cadet they really look forward to a weekend away and some relaxing television time. Overall it was a great experience

My group and I were in Colorado Springs for the annual Fallen Firefighting Memorial, we are all firefighters. We’ve been coming to the area for a few years for the memorial. This is one of the best places we have stayed. Everything went very smooth. Part of our group arrived earlier than expected and we contacted the property manager and he was able to get them in the house a few hours earlier. The house was amazing and the view from the balcony of the master bedroom was breathtaking. It was a short walk to many bars, restaurants and shops and about a 15 minute drive to Downtown Colorado Springs. This house is very close to Garden of The Gods and spikes peak. We really enjoyed are stay.

The location to Old Colorado City was pefect with backway stairs to shops and restaurants. Great views of the mountains inside and out. The master beadroom was spacious wipotth a small deck that over looked the moutains. It had 2.5 baths (with the half bath on the main level. All the kitchen items you would need. I would not reccomend the bunk beds for adults...too small, and that bedroom was cramped with windows that wouldnt stay open. Otherwise, a great spot

Wow! Our family was so comfortable here that we were all wishing we had more time in Colorado Springs, just so we could hang out at the house. Ivan was incredibly responsive to questions and helped facilitate an early check-in, which was much appreciated and never expected. When we come back to CS, I know we'll be staying here!

We loved staying at this rental. The location was super convenient to several spots in Colorado Springs. We also loved having the option to take a quick walk to the main street area for food & shopping. The unit was so well stocked that we didn't have to worry about not having the essentials or items we might have forgotten. Finally, we couldn't not mention how wonderful the view was from all of the mountain facing windows and balconies. We would gladly stay at this unit again!

Our family absolutely loved our stay. The villa is beautiful, clean and wonderfully appointed. Everything we needed for our stay was supplied: linens, dishes, utensils, delicious coffee, shampoo, conditioner and so much more. The location is ideal and the mountain views are great from the living room and master bedroom! We were sad to leave and wished we had booked more days at the villa. Thank you for a memorable stay. We hope to visit the area again and will definitely plan our trip when the villa is available.

We enjoyed 5 nights at Pikes Peak Villa. The home was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Kate was super responsive and very helpful. We were close to everything and had a fabulous time. The only negative is that it is a fourplex with rather thin walls. We had to be mindful of the neighbors (and could hear one coughing throughout the night) and at times, street noise was quite noticeable. This didn’t interfere with our sleep or our fun though, just something to be aware of. All in all it was an excellent choice for our family vacation! If you are looking for a clean, convenient location, I highly recommend Pikes Pesk Villa!

Great location, close to restaurants and activities. Lots of stairs, so if have difficulty on stairs, don’t rent this property.

The property manager allowed us to check in a few hrs early. The property was great. We had a few issues with plumbing but the manager was quick to respond and super helpful. This property was located just a block from restaurants and shopping. The only real issue was we had a total of 9 family members but only dishes for 6. I realize most families on vacation probably don’t cook but we always do. Other than that our trip was a 10. I would completely recommend this property!!!

Loved every single bit of our stay at the Villa! Absolutely beautiful property with every convenience of home and then some! Wonderful location with easy access to excellent eateries and fun shops. The view is breathtaking and waking up to mountains was a real treat! The property manager was the best we have ever worked with! Can’t wait to get back!

What a gorgeous and luxurious property right in the heart of tons of dining and shopping options! Minutes to Manitou, minutes to Garden of the Gods, and minutes to the I-25 (if your day trips take you farther), this beautiful rental has everything you need for an unforgettable family vacation!

It was clean, well stocked with small items you may have forgotten, very spacious main bedroom and bathroom, nice views and great location for the ladies, close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen, dining area and living room were very comfortable. We're making plans for a return tri next year.

We had an amazing stay at Pike’s Peak Villa. It’s very close to Old Colorado City and Garden of the Gods. Katie went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and the property had more than enough amenities and even extras like Rocky Mountain Chocolates for us as a welcome gift! We would 100% stay here again!

My wife and I spent the week in the Pikes Peak Villa. The home is beautiful and spacious as you can see in the photos. What you don’t see are the little things that are provided. The property managers/owners provide soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc in case you leave yours at home. There are tide pods in the laundry, and dish washer pods and other cleaning supplies in the kitchen. Also, there are basic cooking supplies and ingredients in the refrigerator and pantry. I have rented a variety of vacation homes and having these items available is rare in other homes. The location and view is fantastic. There is a beautiful view of the mountains and you are within a block of two of some terrific places to eat. We ate most of our meals within a quarter mile of the unit. You can’t go wrong with any of the restaurants in this area. They’re all excellent.

We had a blast. The house was perfect for our family. It felt like a home away from home. We will stay again if the opportunity arises.

Perfect place in Old Colorado City—convenient to restaurants, Gardens of the Gods, and Pike’s Peak Cog Railroad. We also enjoyed a trip on the Royal Gorge Railroad that was only 1 hour away. The house had a beautiful view of the mountains and was very well equipped and clean. Our contact Katie was great at communicating with us. Wish we had more time to visit the area. Be sure and eat at an Italian restaurant located just a couple of blocks away (started with a P). We also had a good bfast at BonTon’s Cafe. Both of these were in walking distance.

The entire experience was wonderful. The home was absolutely gorgeous! So spacious, incredibly clean and every detail was perfect...down to chocolates on the table and some beverages in the fridge. The location was great with a very short walk to numerous restaurants and shops. We really hope to return for another visit!
