Close to town centre, pubs, restaurants. Very clean rooms, mini bar and comfortable bed.

Despite booking 4 months in advance (and there still being vacancies at the time I checked in), I was allocated a room at the far end of a dark and dinghy alley adjacent to the smelly kitchen rubbish bins. This meant I had to leave my vehicle virtually on the street and lug my suitcase quite a distance.

outdated, old rooms that felt dingy and dark. needs a complete update and overhaul. one plate, one teaspoon, one butter knife is unacceptable.

Staff were lovely, the pool was wonderful, the room service was excellent and the aircon was perfect. All at a very reasonable price.
Couldn't find power sockets by the bed for mobile phone recharging. Not saying they weren't there, but I couldn't find any.

Everything was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the property was located right near the foreshore!

Spacious room and nice bathroom. I walked everywhere in town as it was so central.
My room was within the walls of a few other rooms, therefore I couldn't park close to the door of my room, I parked my car in front of somebody else's room.

Early wake up every morning due to noise, including the plumbing system screeching every time the hot water turned on. Cleaners want to clean when the time is good for them. If you are still in your room you miss out.

I have been coming g here for many years but probably not next time.
It's all getting a little old and tired and the restaurant was closed for the evening
.this meant we had to order room service but do not think restaurant prices for a very ordinary meal was justified with having to pay additional for the room service because the dining room was closed.
So that's it from us for the Bay of Isles
