So clean. Comfy and in a perfect spot. We had an amazing dinner at Niko Japanese. Yum.
I didn’t like no cutlery or plates. We asked for them upon arrival but they were delivered to the wrong room so we left early with our Breaky 😧

The welcome to the room was fantastic with a unique note on our bed to say it has been freshly made. There was a funny joke written in chalk on the back of the bathroom door that made me giggle too. Every little facility needed was provided. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

Noisy location, train traffic rubbish trucks people upstairs
Communication between booking service , motel staff and motel. I cancelled booking of one room by phone direct to motel but person who handled it didn’t cancel my booking. Would have been easier to not use a booking service.

Lovely, spacious (spa) room. Air conditioned, and tastefully decorated. Not too far from centre of Swan Hill. Walking distance to supermarket and shops
Shower pressure was non-exsistent.

The staff were a pleasure to deal with. The room was modern and very, very clean. I would highly recommend this motel. I will definitely stay here next time in Swan Hill.

Clean, good beds and pillows, good breakfast and great hosts, will definitely stay there again when we are back in Swan Hill.

Super-friendly staff greeted us on arrival and the niceties didn’t stop there. The room was clean and relaxing. The renovated bathroom is stunning and the bed is so comfortable (a treat to have the choice of soft or firm pillows).
