Efficient & friendly professional service. Location excellent right by Lonsdale Quay & numerous amenities like amazing restaurants, sightseeing like the Christmas lights at Capilano Suspension bridge.

No view from our room. Odd Reception desk location in a restaurant. Awkward to have the big luggage carrier in a very small space where restaurant customers were trying to get by.

The price is ridiculous. Absolutely ripoff for the money one is paying.

Nous avons grandement apprécié le confort et la tranquillité de la chambre ainsi que l'emplacement donant l'accès à des nombreux restaurants et diverses activités. Ensuite le restaurant avec une atmosphère bien vivante avec une carte intéressante pour touts les repas. Finalement la disponibilité et la courtoisie du personnel ont rendu notre séjour innubliable.

Bien qu'il soit confortable joli et bien situé le prix n'est pas nécessairement justifié. Cela explique possiblement qu'il soit disponible même pour une réservation tardive lorsque la majorité des hôtels de même catégorie étaient déjà complètes.

New, great location to access the ferry. I was only there for a few hours so didn’t have an opportunity to enjoy the hotel facilities.

The reception location was confusing. When I went to checkout at 4:30 am there was no one at the desk. There was someone sleeping in the cocktail lounge but they didn’t respond when I called.

It promoted an ocean view but not from the room. The room is way too small.

The bathroom was amazing and the soaker tub was great. The room was spacious. The only thing was that the heater wasn't working. I had to rely on the floor heating to keep me semi-warm. I like how I could just use the elevator from the outside to go up to my room.

We could've used a fridge for all the takeout we got but it is called a mini-bar after all. The parking was way too expensive so I had to park in a less expensive lot and constantly keep going back to pay for the day rate.

The best on the North shore

Everything. Staff are kind and attentive. The location is very good. The hotel is very clean and modern. Restaurant : fantastic food and service.
