Large room with a good view. Bed was clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water in the bathroom.
Staff we met were lovely and helpful. Okay for a 1 night stay.
Out of town. Restaurant closed and only another take-away locally.
Compared to other hotels, this was more a motel. Reception area was the best bit of the building.
Room looked a bit tired.

The view from the room was great and the staff friendly.
Cups in the room had not been cleaned and the bed very soft.

The rooms were lovely and clean. The beds were comfy. The staff were friendly and let you have your space but were their if you needed them.
The location was a little bit out of the way but not too bad.

Booking.com says it's a `4-star' hotel....I don't think so!! I have been to MANY 4-Star hotels and this ain't one of them..
Checked in...staff couldn't figure out who I was...wanted me to pay AGAIN for the room. Tried to explain `I'm pre-booked'....`No you are not'....what a drama. Nothing nice about the check-in....

Very nice and comfortable room. All the expected amenities and great views. Nice and helpful staff.

Very close to the airport, staff were exceptional and the bed was very comfortable.
Shower was not great, roof leaked over bed and decoration a little tired.

Spacious. Private, west facing terrace for spectacular sunsets. Very gracious staff who ensured our needs were met.
Property is outside of central Whangerei and so we had to drive into town. A very slight inconvenience.

Shower in our room lack of pressure and unpractical, fixed shower above the bathtube.

The restaurant menu and level of quality was wonderful, Having dinner delivered on our first night was perfect as we were exhausted , our entire experience was great, the staff were all exceptional. Thankyou for the lovely time
