Great location - just a short walk to the MRT, shops and eateries. Good-sized, comfortable rooms and very clean. . Good breakfast included in the room rate. Guest laundry. Staff very friendly.

Close proximity to the nearest MRT, overall cleanliness (no odor) & bathroom/shower is good. Also, there are good local breakfast joints, shopping centres nearby.
Faulty door lock as it was not functioning (it does not lock/unlock properly), room was unexpectedly smaller, and the aircond settings is basically rocket science. For the price tag, I would expect a little more.

Location is great. Near MRT, bus station. I consider this is at the heart of the city for us to go east and west. Also if you stayed long, the self laundry facility is available. Had a great stay there! I like the bathroom. Space of room is great!
Breakfast buffet can be improved. Need to indicate the food so it helps to determine its ok to some people to consume.

Location is great, close to the MRT. Many restaurant around, close to the street. Room with bathtub, very nice.

I really can't describe how good is the hotel! Everything is so so good, that they even provide free luggages storage (I have one big and medium-sized luggages) two days prior my check in, so that I do not need to bring my big luggage for a getaway within the country. They even helped me to collect my parcels and notice me whenever my parcel has been received.
Room comes with a balcony and is very cozy. Location is strategic where you have 7-11 just at the corner, and Watsons opposite the street. Overall, this is an excellent stay and their service is top-notch. Appreciate that they provide such great service, especially the luggage storage service, which I couldn't ask more for it.

Although the hotels in a rather small scale, facilities were amazing! especially loved the laundry room (washing machine & drying machine free of charge) & the lobby is a good place to work :) hotel staff were all very friendly as well!
the single room i stayed was rather small, and had absolutely no view at all lol (literally facing another building)

It's a nice hotel with decent facilities, well located in Taipei.
The bathroom was not that clean, we asked for it to be cleaned but no one did it. The breakfast is poor.

Breakfast at the hotel is very nice and exceeded my expectation. The lobby looks really nice and also I love the view from their rooftop. You can also bring yourself a drink and drink there if the weather is nice.
The room is way smaller than they showed on the website. There is no extra room if you got a suitcase to open and the AR seems broken or something cause it is really hot inside the room while the outside is so cold.
The service in this hotel wasn't really that nice. When I went to their gym at 9 am, which was supposed to open at 7 am, the power wasn't up. I called their employee for help but I waited about 15 minutes for someone to show up and fix the problem. It will be better if they can open it at the time they said it should be open.
