Overall Very Good

Nothing to dislike

Food was good, courteous staff.

High cost compared to facilities.

They cheated us. I had a confirmation mail from booking.com and they had rooms but they didn't give us. Instead of this, they forced to give us one single room at 8000 rupees.

Rooms were pretty big...staff was cordial and polite...the breakfast was very good...their cafe was very good...food was delicious...view from cafe was ultimate.

Rooms were not clean. Linens were not clean. Toiletries were not provided...had to ask them again and again. Balcony was not clean...no option for sitting. Overall cleaning gets 2 out of 5.

Location is not so far off main road

The room was not cleaned before our arrival. There were no pillows on the bed There were no toiletries, not even soap to wash hands. We had asked them to clean our room when we were going out for sightseeing but they did not clean it. Even after coming back we asked them 3 times then a person came to clean it. He used the mop to clean the bathroom floor first and then used the same mop to clean the room. He did not do any dusting and made the bed by just hanging the sheets not even tucking them. Breakfast had only 3-4 options. Very minimal parking. Pool is very small

Rooms were good and view was amazing

Breakfast was not even fair. Options were too less and taste was average. Pool was very very dirty. TV remote was not working and DTH was suspended.

Staff was very polite and helpful, great Satvik food, bathrooms and rooms were clean, Pool and garden was awesome. Maybe a bit of arrangements related to Music wold have added a cherry on the cake 😀

Balcony was not clean, yoga hall was very dirty, old towels on the bed for massage, 🧼 🚿 Shower was not allowed in the spa room, Massage therapists had no knowledge about massage ( it’s same in Rishikesh and it’s difficult to find them).

Multi optional breakfasts and the staff has been helpful throughout the stay.

Some basic things are not available though the rooms look luxurious. Water heaters, buckets etc are not provided even when demanded.

The room is very big & comfortable, they include daily yoga for free and the organic coffee in front of the hotel (but part of it) is comfortable and has excellent non Indian food

Restaurant employees don’t speak English at all and breakfast is very poor .
