Staf in the restaurant is not friendly at all!!!!!!!!!!

The wonderful cycle paths all the way into Leipzig, the lakeside setting and lovely light dining room.

This is our second time to stay at Lagovida. We really love the Hafenhaus. The view is just impeccable. The private sauna and the fire place make the stay in the winter time very cozy as well. The staff at Reception and Bar/Restaurant is all very friendly and helpful.

There is no real double bed but only two beds fiting together. The bed cover is also quite short. It was not a big issue but could be improved.

We had a minor issue in the room (a broken glass) The staff took immediate steps to fix it.

The terrace was to open anyone could walk along it and right to your room.

WasLocation, size of rooms and cleanliness was great

Even though we booked a baby cot we didn't get one the first night because we hadn't contacted them to confirm we needed it. Also, food is very expensive here for half or full board.

when we arrived the receptionist was surprised to see us as there was no room booked in our name. Obviously, the booking.com booking was sent to the hotel, so there was no room booked for us. it took quite a long time before we got a room, but unfortunately, not at all what we have booked through booking.com. We had booked a Hafenhaus with view on the lake and what we got was a room in the main building with view on the parking site. This was very disappointing as we were looking forward to the room with the view on the lake. For this price the room we got was too expensive.

Reception staff were very welcoming. Location and parking were very good. Restaurant and food were of a very high standard. Lovely views over the harbor and lake. Room was well equipped and very clean. Nice childrens fun park. Very easy to get to. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we shall return.

No restaurant menus in English. Water pressure for the shower was low (weak flow). Other guests smoking in the restaurant (in the glass enclosure). No childrens TV channels. No instructions for using the AC (Klima Anlage).

We loved the view from our room and the area around the hotel with a beautiful lake. In addition, the staff was very friendly and willing to help 🤗 The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. It was a very relaxing stay, even for 1 night on the way home.

* A / C was locked for cooling and it was very hot in the room but I think it will be turned on for the summer. We managed to cool the room by opening the window * I’m the person with multiple allergies and couldn't find anything to eat in the restaurant as the menu only has a few meals but I ordered food from a local restaurant and it was really great. I also managed to find something to eat for breakfast in the hotel buffet and it was really tasty. THANK YOU 😊

In general was all good but I think check out could have been a bit later or at would have been good if someone told us when we checked in. The breakfast should go for longer as there are many other places to eat breakfast. I don’t remember the exact time for check out and breakfast but should have been later.
