Nice new and modern apartment steps away from the sea .
The 'garden' view from the balcony was actually a view on the wall from the apartment building right in front ( 2 meters away) with a few small olive trees in between. There were exactly 4 pieces of everything ( silverware, plates, mugs, glasses....) In the kitchen. A few extra pieces wouldn't hurt ( if there's 4 people staying in the apartment).

All the time smiling Mate with Marta were very helpful all the time with all our requirements. (change of towels, bed linen upon request, refill of bath.accessories, missing little things). Clean, warm and safe pool recommended for children, max. 1.5m deep. Private jacuzzi used during colder evenings. Modern and spacious apartment with functional kitchen, well-working shower in the nice bathroom, comfortable sofa for 3 of us, TV with Netflix. Great mornings in the shadow on the terrace. Clear and refreshing sea 2 min walk from aparment. Covered parking space dedicated to every apartment. Two small grocery shops 5 min walk away.
Just be aware, greater incidence of mosquitoes in the area (equipment provided, nets installed in kitchen window and one bedroom); your private area is accessible from one side of the house by all guests (happened that private jacuzzi was used by others); spring bed mattresses in one bedroom should be replaced; no restaurants in walking distance (car required to travel up to hill to main road at least); crowdy beach in the late afternoon and sea urchins widely spread here.

Staff was very helpful giving us recommendations of restaurants and on things to do in the area. Loved that the beach was so close. It was like a 2 minute walk. The rooftopp terrace was very nice. The apartment was well equipped, and the neighborhood was very quiet. Great place for a vacation alone or with the family.
My only dislike was the bed mattress. They felt worn down. Seem like they need to be replaced already.

The location is great (2min to the sea, grocery stores nearby, quiet area). Parking is next to the apartment. The staff (Mate) was really nice and responded quickly to questions. The pool is nice and has good sunbeds incl. shade (if you manage to get one) A baby cot and high chair were provided without extra costs. The apartment size was good.
Our apartment 1B (Apartment mit 1 Schlafzimmer und Poolblick) was next to the parking lot and literally everyone passes by the apartment and can see you in living room or bedroom if you don't close the shutters. At night the parking lot was illuminated, so you didn't want to sit outside.
There was no cutting board in the kitchen and a few things were broken (shutter bedroom, shutter living room, shower).The baby cot had no real matrass. For some things (towels, garbage bags) we had to ask a few times.
The neighbors from 2B ran the whole day in front of your terrace.
All in all was it just a way too expensive (140-145€/night) for what you get for. It is a nice location but if you don't feel completly comfortable, why spend so much money?

The apartment and all the facilities were very clean and nice. Mate, the host, was really kind and helpful throughout our stay. He also texted me beforehand to arrange to be there to give us the keys and to show us the facilities. He was very kind to wait for us as we had a flight delay. Moreover, the location was amazing. It is a quiet area by the sea and only few minutes drive from Zadar. We will definitely go back there!

Location is awesome. Apartment was really nice, spacious, comfy and clean.
Nothing to dislike. Just a comment on a very small shower cabin for a such a spacious apartment, but more wondering about.

Amazing view over the sea which is 1 minute walk away. Pool is also great to relax and enjoy. Place was clean and tidy, everything was great. Nothing to complain about.

Terrace was nice. Stuff were okay.
Everything was overall bad. Apartment didn't have locks on the doors, fridge needed ages for cooling. Table was broken. Tv was small. Pool was too small for amount of people. No proper parking . No privacy. Landlord lives close by so he was scouting the whole time.

This accommodation consists of the two buildings, one (near the pool) has six apartments, the other has four of them. We got the second one, our room was on the top floor and had a roof-top terrace. We were welcomed by Mate, the responsible person there, by the time we agreed and then (after cold refreshments ;-)) he accompanied us to our apartment.
The apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed. We often used the terrace for breakfast/dinner, it has a nice view to the sea and the village of Kožino. The sea is located few minutes walk from the complex and the nearest beach has a very small pebble beach and a concrete sidewalk with benches and places to lay your towels/sunbeds. Few steps away you can find more smaller beaches, mainly located in the front of the houses next to the beach. There are few restaurants near (around 800 meters towards Petrčane or the main road to Zadar) and a small shop just few minutes from the house. We also enjoyed the swimming pool near the buildings.

Mate was very helpfull all the way, one friend arrived earlier and he was there to assist and give the keys, also he gave us plenty of advise on what to do in the area where to go in zadar restaurants recommendations, the place looks even better than the picture, we loved it.
