This place is hard to judge, I didn't like the beds but others might prefer harder beds. The aircon is good, there is parking for cars but I don't believe there is enough for everyone who stays, it's unlikely that everyone will have a car. When I went there there was always about 3-5 spare car parks at the end of the night. The room is big, there is a nice large fridge, a microwave, a seat and bench in the corner which was good. The bathroom looks new, the shower is good with good pressure and free toiletries. Coffee vouchers included in the room. There is an IGA nearby and it's easy to get on the train if you like to use public transport which is nice and cheap.

Safe is small. Gate is finnicky and slow to read the card. Noise proofing isn't amazing, but not the worst I've had. I don't feel it's great value for money. Annoying getting around the area with the construction that is going on (2023).

The rooms were cosy and tidy and had the necessary facilities. The prices were great value for a weekend stay at the hotel and the positive thing is that it is walking distance to the train station on the airport line. The staff were friendly and nice despite that the main block of the hotel is undergoing extensive renovation work and there was no dining in the hotel, but look forward to the renovations finishing and another visit to the new look Quality Hotel Bayswater.

With extensive renovation work going on in the hotel and also around Bayswater train station, you need to walk that little extra to get there. In addition, no restaurant or drinks were available due to the renovations, but all in all it is a good stay and the noise level was not distracting or irritating.

There were a lot of roadworks at the time which made the access to the motel confusing. Totally out of the hotels controle. I ordered medium to well steak for tea & it came out quite rare with actual blood coming out of it. My wife ordered medium & it came out blue. I can only imagine what a rare would come out like & a blue must still be attached to the beast. We just laughed it off & said nothing. All in all we had a good stay.

I didn't like the $150 hold on the room. It is ridiculous.

Receptionist, Rachel, was very obliging and could not be faulted. The downstairs Bistro - very good. Wanted to book a hotel in close proximity to Perth airport and yes, it was.

The layout of our room was odd in that there were two steps just inside the doorway with the bed positioned very close to the steps. There is major construction work occurring at both the front and the side of the Hotel and will continue for some months to come. We were advised of this when booking and though it didn't impact too much on us, I felt perhaps the tariff was on the high side.

Good sized room, clean, quiet (we didn't hear any noise from the bridgeworks). Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on food, but good having the pub meal option downstairs and bottle shop was handy.

Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Shower pressure & hot water was good. Met all of our needs as a place to drop our bags and explore everywhere during the day. Close to the airport & Swan River surroundings.

I forgot to check my messages and realised when we arrived that Bayswater train station is not operational right now (I think till Sep 2023) - but the hotel did a good job in advising us of this as soon as we booked. I just happened to have missed the message.

Poor dinner. I had one of the chef's specials, King Snapper that was dry and over cooked.

Having to pay for a bowl of cereal after paying $175 for a bed is a bloody joke.
