I must admit, it was a perfect stay which met all of my needs and will become my primary hotel for future visits. Thank you.

Staff was excellent.

Overpriced for the quality of stay. The bathrooms are very small and unsanitary. In order to activate the water, one must touch the valve with your finger; transferring all the bacteria from your dirty fingers, to the valve, then into your mouth.

The property was near my customer's office so that I could walk. Breakfast was included.

Our room had no COLD water, so we had to be moved to a new room. The new room had no WATER PRESSURE, but the maintenance person put a new shower head on and that problem was resolved. There was a Track and Field event taking place during our stay. The hotel was nearly full - booked with young athletes who were lingering in the hallways and splashing in the pool until about midnight. We were told at check in that the pool was available until 9 PM. I called the front desk to complain about the noise on the first night (about 11 PM...well after the pool should have closed). No action was taken. The pool party continued late into the second night and I was unable to sleep until the party ended (after 1 AM). I notified the hotel a few times and nothing was resolved.

1. they offered on booking as a promotion a room with a size of 226 ft, but once you get to the room the sized was only 155ft this false advertising it must be sanctioned by booking 2. the maid were knocking my door at 8:15 am waking me up to check if someone were in the room, when I asked why she wakes me she said that tithe reservation system was not working and she had to knock on doors to check if the guest were in the room. the only reason I go to a hotel is to relax and to sleep, but the hotel decided to wake me up …😡😡😡

The shower doors was stacked and I can’t close the door and the water sink it was broken I complain and they change us to other room. The second room was much better than first room.

The bathroom was quite small and the bin was on the way. There were plates and cups left on the corridor over night.

Modern clean rooms, and the hotel has great facilities. I loved the pool. The guy at reception agreed to change our room from a triple to a double as we did not need 3 beds.

Need to improve menu. Alexandra, one of staff of dinning room are excellent. Need a good chef. It is permit to smoke, which is terrible to smell tobacco all time in rooms. Rooms with poor maintenance. Electronic key cards do not work well and need to change every day, unbelievable.

Many things broken in rooms that need good maintenance. Bathrooms too small and tied. Should provide at least two toilet paper, as well as complete towels. Desirable an smoke free site. Food are very poor and breakfast needs variety.

The location and the city view

Very bad experience, I book the junior sweet with jacuzzi: i didn't had hot water for the entire stay. The staff didn't even offer alternative room. Bad service of the cleaning crew (bed sheets stained) and very slow room service. Weak wifi signal. The pictures on line looks amazing but in reality the bulding is old and need some renovation (bathroom needs to be repareid).
